Usually a 12 in any pant. I ordered a 14, super tight in legs. Ordered 16, they fit great everywhere but my butt. They want to dall there. I just wear a belt and that works fine. Q: Do these stretch ? I wear a jr 9 or 11 not sure if med or large would fit best? A: Yes these jeans were stretch! U may want to try a size 10 Traditional 5 pockets with a button and zip fly closure, never go out of style. Unique distressed details design. First things first I am 6ft and normally wear a 14 (I am about 190 with a few extra in the middle) my inseam is normally a 34 so it can be hard to find a size that fits. I sized down since the material is listed as stretchy. I ordered a size 12 and they fit perfect (if you have a slimmer waist and less of a tummy pouch you could get away with a 10) the material is stretchy, not as much as jeggings ot sweats but still stretchy. They are long enough for my legs and sit right above my foot at the bottom of my ankle. I wear boots most of the time so no issues there but if you wear tall heels or have a longer inseam than 38 you might want to rethink. They do have that strange chemical smell, kinda like Walmart mixed with Home Depot but washing it took that right out, and honest review mine did have strange rainbow threads loose on them that brushed off. But the product itself is great and the Jean material is thick and the fade on them is great! Buying another pair in black (I ordered the dark blue for this review) the only complaint I have is that the button to button them together strangely feels loose, like it wiggles a lot when the jeans are not buttoned together. The size was perfect and true to size. The color was exactly as decribed and they are comfy and stretchy just like you like jeans to be. They are super cute to wear and comfy and fit in all the right places since they are stretch. Would def buy them in other colors

I love these pants. They look good and fit great. They are very comfortable. The only problem is the black dye smells weird. No.mattef how many times I wash them. They still have a weird smell. Overall, they are great jeans. I have them in the blue denim as well, and they don't smell.

I already had a pair in blue. They were a little tight around the “ belly”. But they stretched out perfectly. Got the black today. So comfortable! Very well made. LOVE THE RIPS. Long enough to wear long or roll up for summer. They’re HIGH WAISTED and stay up. If they stretch too much….just need a narrow belt. I’d say order to size first ….If that seems way too tight in waist, suck it up and go a size larger. It’s worth it. And you can say that Amazon jeans ARE NEVER TRUE TO SIZE. I am 5’4” and 135 lbs. and wear a 6 in most jeans. These were too small in the waist and weirdly bunched up behind my knees. Length was past my ankle bone. The material does seem to be good quality.
