This dress is absolutely beautiful in person. The lace detailing is gorgeous and gives it such an elegant, romantic look. I wore it to a wedding in Mexico and received so many compliments throughout the night. If you’re worried about the slip being too short, don’t be. The lace overlay does a great job camouflaging any imperfections, and it really adds to the overall design. It feels thoughtfully made, and the partial lining from the bodice to above the knee works well with the lace. One thing to note: the neckline appears much lower in the product photos. In reality (at least on mine), it comes up higher than shown. I’ve seen other reviews mention theirs was lower, so I wonder if this was a change made based on customer feedback. Personally, I was happy with the slightly higher neckline. It is true to size. This dress is GORGEOUS. You will not be disappointed. The lace is beautiful and I love the sheerness of the long sleeves. The dress is lightweight and comfortable, but does seem to run a bit small. It's a tighter fit than I was expecting in the bust and waist. The dress arrived unwrinkled and I think it will hold up well. I also appreciate that it is a realistic length. I'm very disappointed about this dress especially being over $60.. While the color and lace is beautiful, it's very unflattering and does not fit at all like it looks in the pictures. It might be ok on anyone under 5'2. I'm right at 5'8, 150lbs, usually a medium, so I ordered Medium and the length only comes to my mid calf, the band around the waist comes right under my boobs, the V neck is not deep, and the shoulders are very tight and there is no stretch in the fabric. The sleeves also have fabric under the lace so it doesn't match the rest of the see through breathable lace style on the rest of the dress like shown in the pictures. I will be returning seeing as how it is not as described, and even if I exchanged for a Large I only think the dress would get wider not longer. ... show more

This dress is truly beautiful! I wore it for my beach wedding and it photographed like a dream. The lace details are soft, feminine, and flowy, and the off-shoulder style gave it the perfect boho, romantic feel I wanted. The fabric moved beautifully in the ocean breeze, and the dress looked far more expensive than it actually is. I received so many compliments! A few helpful things to know: -Material: You’ll need a slip or nude underwear. I originally wore white underwear and it showed through, but switching to nude solved the issue completely. The lace detail on the top is not see-through, so that part is worry-free. -Sizing: I first ordered a medium (my usual size), but like other reviewers mentioned, the lace band around the midsection pulled in oddly and created a puffed look. I exchanged it for a large, and the difference was night and day; the large draped beautifully, looked more flowy, and fit perfectly while still flattering my shape. Overall, this dress made my day feel magical. A few tweaks were necessary (hence the 4 stars), but it was absolutely worth it! ... show more

Size is mostly accurate I got an XXL which fit good but could have been a little tighter so tried to downsize and the XL would have been great if my chest fit in it! I got married 12 days ago. Nobody could believe I bought my dress on Amazon. I’m 53 y/o, and the vintage look on this dress is everything! So, if you’re planing a wedding on a small budget, consider this dress as an option. As reference, I’m 5’3” 170 lbs. 40DD 43” hip and XL fit great.

The dress itself is beautiful, the way it fits however is not my favorite thing. I ordered a Large originally (I’m always a Medium or Large) & since it has 0 elasticity or stretch in the band around your waist or anywhere for that matter, it would not zip even though there was only a half inch gap between where the zipper should meet. I sent it back and ordered an XL, and almost didn’t try to on when it came because I just KNEW it would fit since I sized up. It did zip that time, but was extremely tight so I actually had to break apart some of the stitching around the waist so I could get in it & wear it comfortably. I will be wearing this for my bridal shower this weekend & although I feel a little uncomfortable & like the dress looks unflattering on my backside, I am excited to wear it because it’s so beautiful. Very good quality & although it’s sheer, you are covered where it matters. I would recommend this dress to anyone… I’d just recommend you plan for it to be TIGHT w/ ZERO stretch. ... show more
