If you are looking for comfortable panties that do not ride up or bind, these fit the bill. I am a senior and not very active anymore, so I spend a lot of time sitting. Binding at the legs has become an annoying problem. I have tried several other styles/brands of panties, including little boy shorts (that end up hanging down too low, so only good for sleeping). I am surprised these fit so well, since they are made in China, and Chinese women don't seem to have the pear-shapes we Americans often do. I carry the largest part of my weight in my hips and buttocks, hence need panties that don't ride up in the behind. These fit all my bulges, are high enough at the waist back not to expose areas I don't want exposed, and low enough in the front waist to fit smoothly. In fact the elastic/stretch is so subtle, the mid-rise seam does not add another roll to what I already have going on! All in all these are very comfortable to wear. Interestingly enough the front leg seams are slightly elevated, though by no means French cut, which contributes to the non-binding effect, I think. They are not as smooth as nylon to pull pants over, but certainly better than cotton. All in all I will definitely buy more of these. Side note: the crotch area is half of what most USA made panties cover--in other words, the crotch starts half way back of one's anatomy. Very strange, but if one wears a panty liner, it is a non-issue. ... show more

The fabric wore out to the point where there are tiny wholes in the crotch and I've only worn the pair in question maybe 5x it's very thin and flimsy it stays semi soft but starts to feel brittle after about 5 washes with fabric softener and wool dryer balls... I hate that they're high wasted like granny panties and the band digs in around the waste, the front is not flattering unless your flat as a board in which case nothing looks frumpy on you... it has this strange doubled fabric area only in the front top portion and I really don't know what purpose it serves... but in my case it just highlights my lower mom belly fat... these have become strictly menstruation wear for me, they don't look good under leggings or fitted jeans or anything really that hugs. Was not impressed there are other Bamboo brands I now swear by for underwear, Boody and this sports brand with two mountains as it's logo (sorry can't recall the name ladies) both can be found on Amazon and are far more comfortable, they're a bit pricier if I can remember correctly, but they have a thicker more durable fabric, they breath well and fit beautifully under fitted clothing plus they come in different designs, boishorts, bikini etc. ... show more

In my picture the left is the new design and the right is the original fabric. I think you can see the difference in materials and softness. I really liked these underwear the first 4 or so times I bought them. Super soft, fit correctly, sure they wore out somewhat quickly but, they were super comfortable. The past 2 times I bought these they were completely different. Firmer, less stretchy, less soft fabric, that did not fit true to size. I planned on returning them but had some weather related issues that kept me from making the return window. So I gave those to my mom, who is smaller by a few sizes. She liked them but she never had them before that. I bought another pack to see if it had been a fluke because really, these had been my only source for underwear for the past few years, but this most recent batch is no different. I even ordered a size up and they are extremely tight and nowhere near as comfortable as the originals. They do still have a wide gusset, which is important for some of us, but overall, I'm disappointed and will likely return these and start looking for a new company. ... show more

I can't even name all the ways that I love these panties. They are the most fabulous underwear I have ever owned. I fell in love with them so much that I threw out almost all my other subpar pairs of undies except for a few just in case of an emergency such as being too tired to do the laundry. Lol I saw other reviews about them losing their shape after washing and other issues, so I made sure to wash and dry mine several times before writing my review. They look the same now as they did when I bought them. These panties are soft as an Angel's cloud and always feel just right...never uncomfortable. They have a double thick cotton liner that's a little larger and provides more coverage than other panties. I'm a curvy girl, and I usually have problems with the legs of panties...they are usually too tight and can sometimes cut me in my bikini area. The material on these is so fabulous that sometimes I forget I'm wearing them. They are breathable and light. I will definitely purchase again. My normal size in panties is a 9, and the 9 fit me perfectly but just a pinch too tight sometimes. I got the 10 and it is looser, but the waistband holds them up so you don't have to worry about them falling down and constantly having to adjust them. They stay up but yet you get some breathing room down there. So I have some 9 and some 10 depending on what I'm doing. If you're on the fence just start with a 2 pack like I did. Uncomfortable fabric and style. Was trying to get away from micro fiber but this wasn’t the option. Also runs small. Doesn’t feel like any bamboo fabric I’ve had before. Most likely wasn’t. This is cheap over seas garbage.
