It’s a little too big, I usually get my shoes at 7 the largest. But, it’s not available, the shoes are great but for they slide too much for my liking. I end up chopping my inner ankles up pretty good during s work day. They are light and comfortable, because I’m always on my feet with 20+ pound trays they’re great. My feet don’t ache at the end of the night, I have to buy new insoles about every other month. To fix this I added moles skin to the insides of my shoes. 11-15-18 *UPDATE* I needed a new pair of shoes, I wen from a 37 down... don’t do it! I’d prefer to have a bigger shoe than too small. I hate them now that I went down a size trying to wear them out faster so I can get new ones but I might just give in. I hate the smaller size! I can’t last an 8 hour shift **UPDATE 1.10.20 I have discontinued wearing these, they’re too heavy and I couldn’t last over 3 hours, and that’s with the shoes being a size bigger too.

Allegra shoes are one of my all-time favorite nursing shoes. I have had several pairs. I recently attempted a pair of Dansko and had to return them. They were way too tall, I rolled my ankle numerous times and they were not very comfortable. Allegra’s have a great arch support, they are not too tall, super comfortable for when you’re standing on your feet all day and feel just right for a wider foot.

I'm between an 8 an an 8 1/2 and this seems to fit well enough, though the heel is wide and constantly sliding off/down my heel, taking my sock with it! (sizing down might help, but i'd worry the toe box would be too small then). Otherwise, the supportive cushion is great - molded well and firm enough to provide support. I'd expected more of a squishy insole, but after wearing everyday for 6+ weeks, it's totally fine. Ordered because i was experiencing slight pain when flexing my foot while walking, and this was a great solution to prevent my foot from flexing while walking until my foot healed. Difficult to walk longer distances though, due to the inflexibility of the sole (like over two miles). The black napa finish is a great classic finish and polishes well after the inevitable scuffs from daily wear. Looks cute and nearly stylish with dark skinny jeans (but what doesn't :)

I love these shoes! I'm a procedure nurse so I'm on my feet all day. I was looking for shoes that would help my posture as well as keep my feet from hurting all day. Amazon had a good deal on these so I decided to give them a try, glad I did. I love that these don't allow fluids to seep through, I work in endoscopy so this is a must when doing procedures, they also wipe off easy and so far I've had no issues with the design wiping off even after cleaning with Sani cloth wipes. As you can see on the second photo there are some minor wrinkles on top where my foot bends, but that's not uncommon with leather. My feet don't hurt even after standing or pushing beds around all day. And the best thing is that even though my feet are closed in all day, they NEVER smell! Even with my danskos I had issues with foot odor, tennis shoes, forget it! When I take these off at the end of the day, my socks still smell like they just came out of the dryer! I recommend to anyone who asks me about them and would definitely purchase again!

I am on my feet for 14 hours a day. These are tight to put on at first, they loosen up in an hour or so and are comfortable for the next 10 hours or so, but then my feet swell toward the end of the day and they squeeze the crap outta me feet! They are cute, well made, good arch support but made for someone with really skinny feet I guess. I have had them for about 6 months and they do not get better....they have not broken in at all. They are just as stiff as the first day I wore them. I can only wear them one day and then I have to wear something else the next shift. My feet use to get bruised and very tender, but better I guess now? Really wanted to love these!
