I will start off by saying I am a total beginner to roller skating since I haven't done any since I was a kid. I bought these to start off with because I didn't want to get an expensive pair if I wasn't going to stick with it. I usually wear an 8.5 so I got the 9 and it fits well with some cushioned socks. However, after just one fall the side of the boot is scraped up and it also partially tore one of the laces so I've already had to order new laces. That being said, the wheels and toe stops are good quality and I have no issues maneuvering in them. I just don't think the boots will hold up for very long, especially if I fall a lot more (which will definitely happen). I was going to give a 3 star but I also like that they came with a bag, extra bearings, and the tool to adjust the wheel tightness. I would say for a beginner this is a great roller skate to practice on and if you don't fall a lot they could last a long time. I may end up getting a name brand pair in a few months if I decide I want to keep skating though. ... show more

These roller skates are not only beautiful but they glide over cement and pavement so effortlessly. The only complaint i have is that they are not very true to size. I usually wear an 8-8.5 shoe so i ordered and 38 (8.5) and they are too tight on my toes. I should have sized up to size 39. I can use them for about 15 minutes before i have to take them off and use them the Next day. I'm sad as i wanted to use them for a longer period of time but i have already worn them so I don't believe they would be able to help! ... show more

These are gorgeous and light up perfect and I am literally in LOVE. I normally wear a size 10US in shoes and ordered their 43, but it was waaay to big. When I compared the cm sizes of a US 10 and the 43/10US here, it was actually off. I should have ordered the 42 instead. I’ve contacted them just now for an exchange to see what I can do. If u go through Amazon, I have to pay shipping cost :-/ less than ideal. I’ll update this to let everyone know how soon they get in touch, if they’ll wave the shipping fee since it’s an exchange and not a return, and how fast I can get this all taken care of. ... show more

I opted for my regular size since I read that these run small, but they actually run large. I still skate in them pretty well, but I’ll more than likely have to order a new pair at this point
