Paid for brand new, got a used one

It's a lovely clutch at an affordable price. It’s perfect for my upcoming holiday date night. However the clutch was clearly used and returned for a refund!!!!!! I found a Bobby pin and hair band inside of the purse. The previous user obviously removed the chain (the tag was attached) and simply put it back on after they were done for their event. It’s in great condition so I don’t care and plan to actually keep it BUT who ever checks returns should do a better job before they send the item back out to a new buyer when they are ordering and paying for a NEW item not a used one!

Very very cute clutch. Wore this to an all black wedding and it went perfectly with my dress. It fits everything you may need, the clasp works well, the quality is top notch esp for velvet. It was worth every penny I spent. The only thing I changed was the chain strap inside (which is a plus btw) because it was silver and I was wearing gold accessories but other than that its a good black clutch purse.

This was the perfect little purse for my daughter to carry for her brother's wedding. It was large enough for her phone, a container of mints, and her make up. It was high quality and the velvet matched perfectly with her dress.

Chain is cheap!

Seems too small, but I'll make it work. The chain however is cheap and I can't use it without looking stupid. I'm going to change it with a better chain, but I'm still upset how ugly the original chain is.
