Its less than $100.00 for a great apartment coffee table. It comes in about 12 pieces. The tools are supplied. The biggest headache is the Styrofoam it is shipping in. Be prepared to make a mess unpacking it. The screws that hold down the bottom piece should have been counter sunk so they are not exposed; however, that is being petty. Overhaul it looks good. The description is spot on and the piece that extends out works well. Ideal for building puzzles while sitting on the couch. The underneath compartment has lots of room for storage. I would give this items two thumbs up.

Living room coffee table looks good for the price and is sturdy. Assembly of the top is a bit tricky but I was able to do it by myself at 82 years of age! Trick is to remove one end of the hydraulic closer until the top is fastened to the body of the table, allows the closing device to move freely for fastening!

The packaging of this product was excellent. When I received the box it was in poor shape and I was worried the parts would be damaged. They weren’t! Everything was cushioned with styrofoam. It was easy to put together except for the top. I don’t even know if having an extra person would make it any easier.

This table is much better than I expected for the price. It was very simple to assemble by myself, and only took about 20 minutes. The top extends and closes nicely, it shuts a little unevenly, but there is most likely a simple fix when I have time to look into it.

Building this isn't for the light hearted. Directions were pretty simply and though you can do it alone when you get to the lift part, I don't recommend it. 20x harder if you do it by yourself. I put it together the first time following the predrilled holes. Then the lift was always in the way and the table top didn't align with the base. Had to take it off realign the holes, drill my own holes, and reassemble. It's all done and looks great. But I would have had it done in half the time if 1. I had someone who could hold the lift up while I screwed in the hardware for the lift and 2. The drilled holes were correct. So if you get this I beg that you align it yourself and make sure it will close correctly before putting in all the screws. Pics 1 and 2 are finished product. Pics 3 and 4 are all the wrong holes that now look terrible on the inside of the lifted up table. So........ Help yourself out and avoid doing that if you can.

I love it. The top lifts easy and it’s very pretty. The directions aren’t too bad. Only pictures and I put the top on backwards but, I put it together by myself and it didn’t take too long. Would have been a couple of hours if I had put the top on correctly. Overall, definitely a bargain and good quality.
