    • Arthritic knee pain relief
I purchased this even though I was skeptical. It sat on the counter for a good while unopened. I don't know why I waited so long. I had my knee checked out last year and the orthopedic doc said you have severe arthritis in your right knee and your left knee looks like it's catching up. I predict you are a year away from knee replacement surgery as you're pretty much bone on bone. You'll likely need the left knee done the following year. I struggle to get up off a chair after sitting for a meal at a restaurant. My friends now realize I can't just get up and walk away, so now they stand with me and wait at the table adjusting their clothes or finding an excuse to make sure I'm okay before we walk away. The pain is intense and I have to awkwardly struggle to stand and then hold on tight to the table or chair as my knee screams in pain trying to adjust to my extra 50 lbs. Dieting has helped, but the scarier event is getting out of my very tall F350 pick up truck even with the running boards, it is still a really difficult step down to the ground. I hang on for dear life trying not to fall as I lower myself to the earth and the pain is intense for the first couple minutes. I'm facing a long drive across country in a couple months, and I've veen worried about it. So I opened the jar and said what the heck and rubbed what seemed a reasonable amount all around my knee. It didn't take long to absorb and I ran a quick errand. I didn't notice anything initially as I hadn't sat long in the vehicle. But once I arrived home, I got a call and ended up sitting in my truck in the driveway for about 25 minutes to not lose my signal. After the call ended, I dreaded getting out of my truck and steeled my resolve to get onto to the ground carefully. I was completely surprised by the lack of pain in my knee. That's been a tough struggle for the last year. I was actually able to step down and stand upright without grimacing or groaning. I was absolutely flabbergasted because the intense pain trying to stand after sitting has been a constant struggle for well more than a year. The second day I used this again as I had more errands. I refuse to use a seated cart at the stores but I avoid also having to walk very far or very long as my knees are so stiff I feel like I walk like Frankenstein very quickly. I noticed immediately that walking wasn't an issue and my legs felt youthful. I surprised myself by being able to walk quickly and nimbly. Honestly. I wanted to leap for joy as my legs felt like I was 25 again. I'm almost 68 and have not felt this light feeling in my knees in years. I'm on here today buying more of the jars. It's early in my first 4 days of using it twice daily, but it's the only change I've made and because my knees don't feel like stretched taut rubber bands anymore. They feel great!     • It's not the best but....
I put it on my knee which hurts all the time and it worked to ease the pain for a little while but it's proven to be just as effective as all the other pain reliever stuff.

I am so glad I tried this . I also use the Vitality essential oils but saw this balm and it was a no brainer after trying the Frankincense oils from Vitality and being amazed This is easy to apply it’s sometimes harder form depending on the temp in the room but as soon as you scoop it out it begins to melt into an oil. I love this especially for rubbing on my feet but also use wherever. I suffer from sciatica and I haven’t had to see my Chiropractor in months due to Frankincense. I’m a huge skeptic but thought I’d try it and I’m so glad I did . I won’t do without it now. ... show more

This really didn't help much with my pain. With other reviews I had high hopes. I suffer from severe fibromyalgia. It is very thick but does melt into your skin like butter. I love the scent of frankincense and myrrh, however, this is not that wonderful scent. I'm not sure how to describe the scent. It's definitely usable. But not a good scent. ... show more

I have high hopes for this product. It’s too soon to tell if it will affect my neuropathy but I tried it on my knees and they’re bending nicely. I put some below the knees and I can’t tell yet if it’s working. Yesterday I started having throbbing pain in my big toenail which means I need a pedicure. Couldn’t sleep so I put another application on the toe. Immediately the pain subsided so I could sleep. I plan to add more applications ... show more
