Marine Grade 28 oz. vinyl withstands the effects of sun, heat, rain and soiling under normal conditions. Vinyl is sewn with Dacron polyester thread with OEM standards to last years. Stainless Steel staples. T-Nut construction to mount on any 4-bolt BIA standard mounting system. Mounting bolts included. 5 year frame and 3 year upholstery warranty. I bought this to replace the front seat on my Bass Tracker Pro 190. The seat is comfortable and appears to be made with quality material and stitching. I took the mount off of the hold seat and it fit properly. I really have no complaints, especially for the price I paid. There are much more expensive seats that look and feel the same.
