The media could not be loaded. I love these headphones! At first glance, the box is heavy-duty, which shows me a company cares about its product. Upon opening the box, I could see both headphones, instructions on the headphones, a velvet carrying bag, the charging case (in a clear protective wrap), a charging cord, and two clear silicone pieces to make the earbuds have an even more secure fit in my ears. Everything was more than securely and neatly packaged. Additionally, everything pulled out of their respective places smoothly. I first pulled out the charging case, and when compared to other charging cases that I've owned it has a little more weight to it, enforcing durability. I opened the lid smoothly and didn't have any fears of it breaking off, which has happened to others, and once I closed it, the digital readout of what percentage the charging case was at was so clear and easy to read. Next, I put the earbuds inside the charging case to check and confirm they had some juice. I let them charge for just a little bit, and then to pair them with my phone, all I had to do was pull them out of the charging case. It was one of the smoothest pairings I've done. The sound was crystal clear! I didn't have my volume up very high at first, but once I turned it up volume and they felt like noise-canceling headphones! You can hear every aspect of the music without the voices being drowned out. I then proceeded to make a call, and the other voice was so clear, that it felt as though they were in the same room with me. I asked if they were picking up a bunch of background noise as my other ones do, and they said no. The touch controls on the earbuds are extremely easy to use and work perfectly. One surprise I did get in the box, and I'm sure they do with all their products is a lifetime warranty. I've purchased a lot of headphones over the years, and this is the only company I've seen offer a complimentary lifetime warranty. Registering for the warranty was just as easy as pairing the headphones. I'm extremely happy with these and if you are looking for a great pair of headphones don't look any further. For you gym-go-ers, these are a great pick-up! I have always struggled with I-pods because they tend to fall out of my ears. With these, those two complementary silicon pieces are extenders, that make sure they don't fall out of your ears, and they are great! They didn't disrupt any of the clarity of music or phone calls. It also didn't make the earbuds uncomfortable in any way. I'm excited to try these on my next flight as well. I think overall Veatool makes one of the best products on the market. I like the sleek design of the earbuds and case as well as the glowing number indicating the percentage of charge left in the case. They came out easily from the case and were recognized immediately by my iPhone. They stayed connected to Bluetooth almost without interruption as I moved throughout a 3-story house and even onto my porch while the phone remained on the main level of the house. There were slight breaks in connection in the left earbud but it reconnected automatically within a 1 second. Could have been due to computer powering up or use of other electronics. Setting them up was a little difficult because the directions weren’t very clear. One of the air buds wouldn’t pair with my device through Bluetooth. I eventually figured out that it was because it didn’t have enough charge. It would have been helpful if the directions indicated “Charge fully before first use” before it gave directions on how to pair them. These have great bass and clarity even at peak loudness. The “buttons” on the earbuds are just indentations that are sensitive when touched, but they perform the functions they are designed to do. ... show more

I purchased these earbuds in an attempt to look like the cool kids. Ha. Seriously though, these caught my eye for a number of reasons. I normally wear over the ear buds because the dang things fall out of my ear. These stay in! Woohoo! The price is more than reasonable, compared to some other sets available. The earbuds charge in a nifty (and tiny) little case, with a cute little black velvet carrying bag, in case I want to slip them into my backpack or purse. After reviewing to make sure I had all components, it was time to charge the ear buds. The little case has a flip top and is well constructed. The ear buds slipped into their appropriate slots with ease, and started charging immediately. I really LOVE that these charge with a C-charger. One less cord to hassle with, since my phone uses the same charger. You can also wirelessly charge these on a charging pad, according to the directions. I’ve not personally tried to charge them that way. In no time at all they were completely charged (they came out of the box at 52% and within 30 minutes were at 100%). I like that you can see the percentage charged on the outside of the carrying case. They paired with ease. Thank goodness. It’s been my experience that pairing is sometimes Just.Not.Easy. The sound quality is very good. I can listen to music or watch YouTube or Netflix without any loss of sound quality or distortion. ... show more

I love these ear buds. Easy to pair. Long battery life and the charging case keeps them charged for days. I generally use one at a time and change between the two. Like when driving. or working. Keeps me conected and the bud is small enough to be discreet. The sound quality is great and when I use both, like when I listen in bed, the sound is awesome. Controlling the buds by pressing on the outside is a little tricky at first but you'll get the hang of it. Long press will turn them off etc. I cant imagine life without them now. They easily fit in your jeans pocket. Be careful, the case is slim and sleek and slips easily out of your fingers. Ive dropped it a couple times. Didnt hurt it at all but be careful. Overall the best buds Ive used. Will and already have bought again. (Lost the first pair). ... show more
