No complaints especially considering the price. Looks quite nice. Sturdy construction. Similarly priced tables seem to be mostly that cheap fake particle wood but this is all real wood. Well packaged andb delivered without blemish. Assembly was easy.

I previously had a wider table that I had against the windows in the kitchen, I liked it because it allowed more space in the kitchen. But I realized I didn’t like sitting at it because you just face the wall and windows (can’t see much out of the window from the stool anyway). I’ve been wanting to grab this for a while. I finally did and I am so glad I did. I was shocked pulling it out of the box and realizing it wasn’t some cheap piece of flimsy furniture. It’s way better than expected. The table is countertop height and was fairly easy to put together. However the finish of the top has flaws and isn’t smooth. I discovered this after I unpacked it- I’m not happy but since I’m using it for beverage service in an upstairs bedroom I will keep it rather than going to the trouble of returning it. ... show more

    • One defect, one modification

This is a very nice table but for one defect on the one I received: One of legs has a sliver that is close to breaking off on an outside corner. I discovered this after assembly. The sliver is about 18mm long and goes about 6mm deep. If it breaks off it would be a significant. I tried to work some transparent glue into the sliver with limited success. The table was very well packaged and is made with very nice wood. Very solid, great color. The table assembly was simple- two bolts per leg, and it was very stable with no wobble. After putting it together I found it was too tall for my use. It was above our kitchen counter height. So I took off 3 inches. Removing the legs for cutting was easy and with an improvised guide and a new finishing saw blade the square legs cut very smoothly with a hand held skill saw. I got it the height I wanted and you can’t tell the legs were modified. ... show more
