The one on the left of my window is a little wonky but the one on the right is perfect. I attribute this entirely to user/installer error. Once you get them tight enough they’re incredibly sturdy.

I installed it incorrectly at first because the product instructions are a little confusing as to which pipes go where. Finally I figured it out and got it to work.... after a few extra holes in my wall. I was able to install 3 of the 6 screws directly into studs so this will be very sturdy. If you have to go through drywall only, I would not trust it to hold well. At least not with the mounting hardware provided. The only thing I really don't like is that you need to rely on the pipe connections being loose to get it to swivel. This is a major and unnecessary design flaw I think. Because when you make a shelf swivel, you are essentially unscrewing it from the pipe to do so..... making the connection a little looser and more wiggly. Because mine is installed into studs, I'm not worried so much though, because those flanges are definitely not going to come out of my wall. But if it weren't so secure to the wall, the whole thing may wobble.

The 3 shelves do not freely rotate. They are attached to each other with short sections of the black metal pole (it's not one pole that goes through all 3 shelves). The pole sections between each shelf screw into each shelf. In order to adjust the placement of the shelf, you have to partially *unscrew* the pole from the shelf, making it unstable. So if you want everything screwed together tightly, you're stuck with one position.

This shelf was super easy to assemble and hang, and it's obvious that it's a sturdy and well built product. The shelf is very cute and perfect for a few small plants. My only gripe is the drywall anchors that were included - they didn't have any kind of rim around the edge, and simply fell into my wall when I started inserting the screws. Do yourself a favor and get better anchors.

I had really high hopes for this but I ended up having to return it. Good idea but poor product design. It requires you to loosen the pipes so that you can rotate it and therefore making everything shaky and wobbly. This did not feel like it could support my plants and more likely to come down. The height doesn’t account for plants taller than the planter and therefore you could not have it all against the wall. It had to be so that you had the top and bottom rotated one way and the middle one the other way. Aside from that, product came with dents and scratches and the pipes are not well sanded down so some of them are sharp. Be careful when putting it together
