Description

The most generous fit in the popular Rush Pro line, the Rush Pro Ace earns high grades for tennis players with a strong preference for comfort on the court. Highlighted by its wider toe box to accommodate wider feet, this shoe also helps stabilize the foot through its 4D Support Chassis: a symmetrical heel-toe chassis that limits supination to help control pivot movements. Layered with Sensifeel on the upper for additional breathability, the Rush Pro Ace delivers an appealing blend of comfort, stability and aesthetic for supreme confidence with every step.

  • Great shoe but got beat out to personal preference
I purchased 4 pairs of tennis shoes (3 of which were ‘try before you buy’). This wonderful due to the fact that tennis shoes are predominantly only online and not in stock at stores to try on. So Kudos to Amazons ‘try before you buy’! I bought 2 k-Swiss, Big shot light 4 and Hyper-court Express 2 (wide), ASICS Court FF3, and Wilson, Rush Pro Ace (wide). Let me start by saying I have a wide foot size 7. Because I received the Wilson first, they were my top choice. They’re great for wide feet. The comfort is great and the support for play and quick transition is excellent. Then I received the other three. The 2 K-Swiss and the Asics. The ones that were most comfortable were the K-Swiss. This was perhaps because I purchased them in wide so I will not say that the other three are not great sneakers, just a lil narrow for me. The ASICS being the most narrow. All were a size 7, which is my size but I couldn’t even get my feet in the ASICS. Probably because they have that sock design so not a lot of wiggle room there. The K-Swiss Big Shot Light, I love them they were just a little too narrow, but super supportive. So if u have a narrow foot and looking for support, these are your shoes. But for me, it was between the Wilson, Rush and the Swiss Hyper Court Express (wide). I chose K-Swiss because they seem to not crease over toe area due to the construction of the top of the shoe, the Wilson Rush pro creased a little but hey were still an awesome shoe. Also the K-Swiss seemed to have great arch and heel support. I have plantar fasciitis and the HYPER COURT EXPRESS were most comfortable for that as well. ... show more

  • Best pickleball shoes so far
Size: 8 Color: White/Grey/Baby Blue
Today I played 2 hours of pickleball in my new Wilson tennis shoes and for the first time in a long time, I could concentrate on my game and not on what’s going on with my feet. These are the most comfortable shoes for pickleball that I have found so far. I’ve had Asics and OnCloud court shoes previously and found both of those to be unsatisfactory. The Asics have too wide of a sole at the heel and the toe bed (causing tripping) and the soles wore out very quickly. The onCloud were stiff and didn’t fit well and were hot on my feet and the sole also wore out quickly. I have high insteps (top of foot) and high arches and a medium to slightly narrow foot. I often get numbness on the bottom of my foot if my laces are even just a little snug. But today my feet felt perfect, not roasting hot and no numbness. Time will tell about the durability but the other reviews I read were happy with how long they lasted. They would probably fit a medium to wider foot too but I can’t speak for that. The only thing, the sides are a bit high and touch my ankle but I was able to play and not get a sore on my ankle so that may be okay to endure for everything else being so good. ... show more

  • Only 4 because I haven’t fully tried them out yet
Size: 8 Color: White/Black/Living Coral
First impression, these are super nice! They feel sturdy, supportive (will probably add some insole, I personally have a high arch) and they have PLENTY of space in the toe box!! I have WIDE feet. I typically wear an 8.5 wide in majority of shoes (I.e. new balance roav) and still struggle to find shoes that fit well but these!! They’re perfect! I actually returned and ordered an 8 instead of 8.5 Just from wearing around the house to get a good feel for them, they do not hurt my feet at all (comfortable but I wish it was a little more cushiony), they have great grip on our concrete and vinyl floorings so I have high hopes for the pickleball courts. The white/black/orange(coral to me) are clean looking, with just enough to make them pop. Will update once I’ve had the chance to fully play in them a few times! ... show more

Size: 7 Color: Black/Sterling Blue/White
Great shoes! I receive a lot of compliments on them. I use them for pickleball and I play 5 days a week. Great support and I have had them for over 2 years now. I tell everyone about them.

  • Soles wear out quickly.
Size: 8 Color: White/Black/Living Coral
Love the fit of the shoe. The soles wear out quickly. Need replacing after 4 months.

  • Comfortable well made shoes
Size: 9 Color: White/Black/Living Coral
Great shoes, stiff court shoes similar to Asics but not as cushy as KSwiss. Very comfortable, no pinch points, good insoles that I have not needed to replace. They ran a little smaller than expected so I had to go up a size from my regular shoe size but that seems to be typical with most athletic shoes these days. I have worn them 10 times with no issues. Nice color combo. ... show more

  • Good for wide feet
Size: 8 Color: Scallop Shell/White/Baton Rouge
I have bunions and a wide foot and have been hunting for a comfortable shoe for tennis for a long time. Yay, I found it! The Wilson Rush Pro Ace Sneaker is the Wide version of the Wilson Rush Pro. So, while I typically wear an 8W or 8.5W in other sneakers, in the Rush Pro ACE I wear an 8 because it is already a Wide shoe. With other tennis shoes I found the inner sides to be too stiff where my bunions are but, while these are supportive, they don't hurt my bunions. They appear to have a durable sole. I have been playing tennis in them about 4 times a week for a month and the soles aren't showing any significant wear. Also, the pink color is really cute so I bought a second pair. ... show more
