  • Outstanding High-Loft Wedge – Excellent Build and Performance from Wilson
I picked up the Wilson Harmonized 64° trouble wedge and honestly use it more than I probably should—it’s just that good. The club feels solid and well-built, and I find myself reaching for it about every other hole. It gets the ball up quickly with a high launch and very little roll-out, perfect for tight spots or soft landings around the green. I’m really impressed with Wilson’s build quality and plan to buy more of their clubs in the future. Pros: - Strong, durable construction - High, quick launch with minimal roll-out - Great feel and control around the green - Excellent value for the performance Cons: - None Overall: Fantastic wedge that performs beautifully and inspires confidence—highly recommended for any golfer looking to add a reliable high-loft option to their bag. ... show more

  • Definitely worth the price and a fine club for newbys and occasional golfers
If you want to pay $150 for a Wilson wedge, you can. But, if you aren't really good enough to benefit from it and don't use 3-piece urethane balls, then this is a good deal. It is shiny and new and worth it. A beginner, a kid or three, or even dad at the range on Saturday will not feel that the price means a useless and inferior club. Not at all. This is not to say, repeating, that it is a customized Vokey or Macdaddy etc. If you want one of those, buy one three years old with the grooves in good shape for under $100 and get a feeling for the premium wedge. Amateur and occasional golfer avoid chipping and putting practice so they pick up strokes around and on the green. It's not a hard part of the game. It is a PERCENTAGE part, so you reduce bad shots by...ta-DAH!! PRAK-TISS. You can practice wedges anywhere including foam balls in the house. Nothing will swell you with pride more than a yellow, foam ball in the marinara sauce. Don't be afraid to buy it, try it, and of course there are all kinds of guarantees. Plus, Wilson used to be THE wedge of choice on tour way back when dinosaurs stalked the course. They are back both with clubs and balls. But there are other great brands now sitting on the top arch of the rainbow, so Wilson has its work cut out for it. I respect them for making a 'cheap' wedge which is cheap in price only, not skimping on essentials but also not a high end forged wedge at three times the cost. ... show more

  • Fantastic deal
I got the 56-degree variant (see update below). This club is amazing for the money. My friends couldn't believe I paid less than $40 on this club. It's really easy to get backspin to stop the ball on the green; the grooves are deep and sharp. The forged head is really nice and balances well. Contact sounds like the good "THWACK" of a 7-iron, but it won't shake your teeth out. I don't like the grip too much but for $40, you can't complain. This is a bladed club, but the higher loft values are more forgiving; you can really take advantage of the 'playability' of this club. If you're on the fence about getting a cheap wedge, this is it! UPDATE: I've since purchased the 50-degree and 64-degree wedges. I get excited every time I'm within 110 yards of the green. I'm a 6' athletic male with a fairly textbook swing. I get ~115 yards with the 50-degree, ~85 with the 56-degree, and ~60 with the 64-degree. Of course your numbers will differ according to the amount of loft you present, but these are my average numbers on a 'normal' swing. ... show more

  • Excellent 60 Wedge
Hand Orientation: Right Size: 60-degrees Style Name: Lob Wedge Shaft Style Type: Steel
Took this club out to the range and for chip practice and it was a surprisingly great experience. Great weight distribution and the loft I was able to achieve with this club was better than I could have hoped for at this price point. Consistent hits and a good feel, glad I snagged this and it has joined my bag permanently. I will likely extend it to better fit my height (6'5) but it is certainly playable without an extension. ... show more
