Ever had an issue with multiple IDs and Passwords, using 'forgot password' without success, WiFi connections, and delicate placement? Well, that's what you get with this one. You will find yourself on the hamster wheel of all wheels. This one is a mess. CAMERA: The camera, when working, is fine during the day. At night, it's bad. If you want this to identify people coming into your yard, this is not the camera. At night you will get a very fuzzy, muddy picture. It may be possible however if you set up lights around your yard. You know, like it's daylight. CONNECTION: The device uses WiFi. During the process of connecting, you are suppose to find WANL (something like that) and select it. We didn't see that. We found V380 (or something like that) instead. So basically the instructions you are given on your phone to connect are not correct and they are not correct on more than one issue. Also, if by some miracle you get the device working and decide to move it, it may not work again. That's almost what happened to us. We didn't even move it. We simply unscrewed it to add a socket extender to lower the camera so it cleared the overhang on our house. That way the camera can see more. So we unscrewed the security bulb, put the extender on, screwed the whole thing back into the same socket on our overhang and nothing. Now we are fiddling with it outside, saying hello to neighbors who ask what's up. Hour or two goes and still nothing. Then we bring it inside and fiddle with it there. Then we take turns trying to fix it. Getting the idea? You are messing with passwords, connection failure, etc. We tried removing the extender, resetting the password... Two days now trying to get this back up and we still haven't been able to. IDS & PASSWORDS: If you love entering, reentering, using 'forgot password', having more than one ID to use at different times... then this is the device for you! Lucky you to spend hours and hours trying to get the unit back online. I have no doubt that a slower WiFi has something to do with this, but once you start messing with the IDs and passwords, there is no coming back. We even tried deleting the device and starting over but it kept remembering the device we deleted so we got deeper into the abyss. As two very strong tech people, I suggest you set this up once and never touch the thing again or suffer the consequences. Better yet, don't take your chances and get a different device. ... show more

It seems the Wi-Fi range for reception is short. Just outside of the door it would not find the Wi-Fi signal but yet my cell phone can easily.

After a few months it stopped moving side to side, only working up and down. I use it for a camera for my puppy at home. Was going to buy another one for another room, however I don't know now. I have tried resetting it on the camera and my phone. :(

Great product for a security cam. I really like the panning feature; it will follow all the cars driving by the street. Also, great to see if I have packages left at my door. I do have two but connecting was a little issue at first but now all is good.
