I've gone through multiple troubleshooting methods (none of which are provided by the company) and I simply cannot get the sensor to connect. Restarting everything doesn't work. Connecting to either band of my wifi doesn't works. Latest iOS, latest app version. This thing just doesn't work beyond flashing a little blue light and pinging my bluetooth. I’m tech saavy and this doesn’t seamlessly connect. Requires ancient 2.4G WiFi (mine will run in this mode for other devices). No HomeKit support. The actual product is about 25% of the photograph advertised against the cell phone. Whilst effective, the mounting options are very limited which makes it inflexible & difficult to mount eg automated garage doors
