This pizza dough is delicious. I divided it, gently shaped each piece into rounds, and left them on baking sheets covered in plastic wrap to prove. After 2 hours these had risen and were airy. A little olive oil helps with sticking. Made pizza on the grill and will be doing this again in the future.

Not bad for it being made for a store to sell. This is my first time buying the dough here. I usually buy it at ShopRite for $1.99 and it's smaller and you only can get about maybe 12" pizza out of it. I let the Whole Foods dough sit for about two hours and I get about a 14" pie with it. It stretches easy and doesn't pull back from my experience but I only made one so far, I'll give another review when I make more of them. I can buy it from the local pizzeria which is bigger and is about $3.50 to $4 now cheaper than Whole Foods but I don't have to go out to the pizzeria to buy it. I just order it in the morning and it comes here in the morning very quick which that I'm happy about. So for the price and the delivery speed it's worth it!! ... show more

Who would have thought this little thing would taste amazing. I am Not a baker and do not like making mess in the kitchen. It is kinda pricey compared to if you made one for yourself but it spares you the time to let the dough rise and making mess in the kitchen. Tastes fresh! Prior to this batch of dough everything was OK, but this batch they sent was way too watery and impossible to handle, even after adding more flour to it, had to basically shape it in the pan.

I used to be able to get this while I lived in Maine; here it has been a little more scarce. I found it at Whole Foods, they delivered it that night, and it is the same quality as what I used to be able to get at the farmer's market. It makes a good quality pizza crust, but it does need to be buttered or brushed with egg to brown properly. ... show more
