I have ordered this before but found it too salty this time. Some of the pieces are small and strangely shaped- not like whole thighs at all. They do not look nice for serving.

Unbelievable. I ordered two packs to make it easy for lunch meal prepping and it was a perfect amount for 4x days of eating. I cooked these covered in the oven at 375 for 25 mins, then uncovered and broiled on low for 10 mins on each side -- it was perfect.     • Really good flavor
I served this lemon chicken over steamed rice with green beans and it was very good. I don’t use much salt in my cooking and I did not add any to this chicken. It was still a little on the salty side even over plain rice.
