This is perfect for storage under my bed. The wheels allow for free movement in any direction (except up and down, of course). I like the hight of the walls, they are short so it fits under a bed but they are still tall enough to actually function like a barrier so whatever is in the cart isn't likely to fall out easily. The only thing that I didn't like is how it assembles. The sides and framing go together nice and sturdy until you get to the floor of the cart, those pieces kind of just drop into place and hang on the framing. A few strategically placed zipties took care of any worries of bumping into something when moving it and the floor popping off the frame.

First, let me say I read the reviews and I have to agree with most of them. There are some problems with the bins being rackety, and they do feel flimsy unless you bolster them with zip ties or perhaps flexible wire. But I had already planned to do that, so I didn't mind that. And they do roll on their own on a hard surface floor. I happen to know my hardwood floor isn't level, and they do sometimes wander a little downhill. I wanted four to go under my new, higher, platform frame for my bed, and I wanted easier access that wouldn't scratch up the floor like the previous storage was doing. So I used zip ties on all four corners, fastening the sides together. This solved the wobbly problem. Then I decided to tie them together in pairs (also with zip ties) so that when I pull out a bin on one side of the bed, the one on the opposite side comes with it. This helps them stay square with the bed, and not have any protruding corners, and also gives them enough drag so they don't migrate. They hold a lot and work very well within the 11.5" height beneath the bed. I don't think I'd want to put really heavy things in them, but when they're reinforced with the zip ties, they could easily handle much more weight than I put in them. All in all, I'm very satisfied because they do just exactly what I want them to do, but I recognize they might not do for other people.

Contrary to other reviews I actually found this very easy to assemble: the corner joints are very sturdy and easy to slide into one another, quite a smart design, actually. But that makes the bottom floor of the thing so much more surprising: it comes in 2 parts that just kind of lays on top of the side's bottom rung, with a big hook to "keep it in place". But because (as other reviews have noted) the sides are somewhat bent, these big hooks just kind of stick out doing nothing to hold the bottom in place, and that bottom therefore has room to bang around. I don't understand why there isn't another attachment there to ensure this thing is actually holding together on the sides as well, instead of only on the corners. All in all, the result feels rickety and cheap. My other peeve was that so much height is lost due to it sitting high up on wheels. I'm seeking under-bed storage because I am clearly low on space and would like to maximize what I have under the bed. If the wheels were attached to the side rather than under, you'd be able to gain several inches of depth in this thing. As it is, it's extremely shallow and thus quite useless for how I intended to use it (a clothes hamper). Returned.

They're roomy and roll very easily on our hardwood floor. I read the reviews and just put zip ties on them when we built them to give them more structure. Instructions were a bit vague but they went together easily. If they aren't going together easily then you have something backwards so review the instructions again.

I bought these for our shoes (daughter and I). It does fit a lot of shoes, how ever I would suggest when you build it you have to press down until you hear the “click” sound because I did it in a hurry and it kept falling apart until I held it and pressed it against the floor and once I get the click sound it stopped falling apart. (I really hope that makes sense ). The wheels work perfectly (again listen to make sure it went in) It slides perfectly. I am so happy with my purchase and even my family has purchased some.

The time it takes to put this piece of crap together is ridiculous. If you don’t scratch or stab your leg in an attempt to get the hooks into these cheap clips, consider yourself lucky. I had to stop and come back to it because I got severely frustrated. Took 20 minutes just to get 2/4 clips on securely. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product. Pay a little more for something else

The way it looked thought it would be easy but it was so hard the attaching of the sides to one another the part that was u shammed upside down, was much too small to go over the part it attached to! My husband had to get pliers to try to stretch it out some but it wouldn’t bend (re looked at.paper to show directions how could it be this hard ? But we were doing the right thing yet we ended up having to use a mallet/hammer and it took brute force! Now done and used under Ed for his shoes. He didn’t want to put the 2nd one together and I bought a shoe draw instead for me!
