Received a package that had clearly been opened and returned. All of the pieces, save two, had been ripped open and haphazardly dumped back into the box. As a result, the first step of assembly was sorting all of the individual pieces by size, counting them, and only then could I ascertain which ones were "A" which ones were "B" etc. All the way through "J." That was fun. Then halfway through assembly I discovered that several pieces were compromised, including a cracked base support (Picture 2) and a fabric shelf coming apart at the seams (Picture 3). I was so excited to get this; however it was difficult to assemble. The "manual" print is so tiny. When I got down to the last section (top) I had some joiners missing and extra rods ....? The verticle closure zipper is poorly designed so that you have to get on the floor to close it. The zipper should be reversed AND it does not come together .... very dissatisfied. ... show more
