Your not going to get 100 lbs of clothes on this rack but it easily holds a dozen t-shirts, a few sweaters and a couple of hoodies. Rolls easily and is easy to assemble. It is not a heavy duty rack but works great for my needs.

I wish I had seen this a few years ago. Since moving to a new development, I am not allowed to have outdoor clotheslines. How I miss the fragrance of sun dried clothes. This rack is so useful to hang shirts and dresses and I can roll it so easily onto the back porch and back in when dry. When not in use for laundry, I keep it in my sewing room as a place to hang whatever I am working on. It is sturdy enough for home use and rolls so smoothly. Assembly was a breeze, so easy for one person to assemble. It is also easy to fold for storage if you wish.

I bought 3 to use for displaying my costumes at a flea market. Pro: lightweight and easy to put together. Fit in back of SUV. Easy to roll around, easy to store under a bed or in the garage. Great for light weight garments like summer dresses or shirts. Good drying rack. Con: cannot hold a lot of stuff. No more than a couple of winter coats. No heavy garments. Easily comes apart or joints break.

I purchased this to use to make macrame projects. It had everything I was looking for; locking wheels, adjustable height and could be folded for storage when it wasn't in use. This rack met my needs and it's better than I expected. It is not a heavy duty rack but it is well made. I put it together in about 15 minutes. I think it could hold 30-40 lbs of clothes without interfering with it rolling. I do think if you put more than that it probably wouldn't move easily. But with a small amount of weight (5-7lbs is what I have on it) the wheels move (even over carpet) lock and unlock easily. I suspect the height adjustment was for making it as small as possible for storage. For me I need to adjust where I'm working on my project and it is really easy to change the height and keep it level. When the rack is closed it's about 39" tall and would easily slip under a bed. Fully opened it's about 18" at the base and stands about 5'9" high.

I like to air-dry some of my clothes rather than putting them in the dryer. This rack is perfect for hanging shirts and pants while they dry. In southern CA, many homes have their washer/dryer in the garage and since my garage has a western exposure, it gets extra warm inside during the afternoon so things hanging in the garage dry quickly. I like that it's on wheels - I roll it over by the washer and move clothes directly from the washer to hangers on the rod and can then roll it out of the way while they dry or when it's not in use. The fact that it also collapses for storage is a bonus, but because the connectors are made of plastic, not sure how well it would hold up if I collapsed it down after each time I used it. The wheels allow it to easily be moved around, so not an issue for me to leave it up. This rack is clearly meant for light residential storage, it's not going to hold up to the rigors of a store or other commercial use. I don't know how well it would hold up if you jammed it full of heavy coats Assembly was quick and easy - I normally use my own tools, but there were so few things that had to be tightened that I just used the allen wrench that was included. You will need a phillips screwdriver to tighten 4 small screws near the bottom of the legs in the plastic connectors. Tip: When you insert the metal poles into the plastic connector pieces, make sure to push enough that they are fully seated into the connector, otherwise I think the rack would be less stable and you could risk the connectors breaking because stresses are hitting in the wrong places.

I bought this for our wedding day, and another garment rack from another company. One for the mens suits where they were getting ready, and one for my bridesmaids and his and my mom where we were all getting ready. It is too short for a bridal gown (FYI!). I like this one way better than the other one I bought elsewhere. It is sturdy, easy to use and move, and I LOVE that it collapses, that made it much easy to bring to the venue and to bring back home.

This was a second purchase, as the first one bent and collapsed on me after 6 months of use. The latches that hold the hang bar elevated are weak and when there is moderate weight hanging from it, the latches give way and the bar slides down. For lightweight use only. It was relatively priced, but didn't hold up to the longevity I had expected.
