It held together for about a year. It was freestanding and leaned forward quite a bit. I moved it, and several plastic fittings broke, now it’s trash. I bought a similar unit, different brand, 60” wide at Target for less than what I paid for the 34” model on Amazon a year ago. Nothing on the new unit is plastic- all metal screws and washers holding it together- I have much more confidence in the one I bought at Target- twice as big for $40. I'm happy to have this item given what I paid. However, I had to re-stitch this zipper. The original stitching was ~3/16-in., not anchored at the seam, and not of heavy enough thread. I fixed it myself in less than an hour. I started assembling the frame myself but couldn't get all of the rods into the cross pieces far enough to hold. I do men's push-ups but my hands are still size small; my male spouse with strong hands finished the job. Maybe a rubber hammer and I could have managed myself. ... show more

This storage closet seems to be very sturdy and it’s a nice large size. It really wasn’t all that difficult to put together as long as you follow the directions carefully. The media could not be loaded. I was able to use the clothes closets for my husband and my coats. Material is not sturdy, so make sure you handle it with a little tender, loving care and I’m sure it will work out for you.

Bought these 6 years ago and they have been great garage closets. Very durable and a very fair price, now skip forward 6 years and it was time to replace them the new ones material is very thin and flimsy I’m not sure how long these will make it. Too bad quality has to always go down
