This review is being written early on, so I hope I don't end up disappointed after posting it! I was searching for a water shoe that I could wear to and from the locker room when I start water aerobics, but also do light workouts at home in until water aerobics start. I had a pair from another company and they fell apart very quickly, so one of the reasons I decided to get this pair was because of the edging around the ankle. It is different than most others, who have a trim stitched on. I liked how they looked in the pictures, and the reviews they got, and they seemed affordable. I've worn them around the house for a couple of days now and they are comfortable with socks on. As one other reviewer mentioned, the footbed is massaging, but we have found that to be uncomfortable without socks on. It also feels sticky to me, being a rubber footbed (my previous pair was a regular footbed). I have had some issues with my left foot...current torn tendon, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and am starting to get balance issues with vertigo. I read an article recently that talked about the thicker, cushy shoes putting more distance between the bottoms of our feet and the ground, and resulting balance issues. I am not supposed to go barefoot, but didn't want to keep wearing my Ryka's and making one issue worse while another gets better. So far these have been great for me! I love the color, they are lightweight, and I am sure without socks on they would be breathable. I love being able to slip them on and not have to mess with laces. The mesh fabric is the same as my previous pair (again, from another company), and I was constantly snagging it. I hope that doesn't happen with these. I got a size 7.5, which is my usual size, and I was worried that they seemed too big, but if I had gone to a 7, my big toe would be bumping into and rubbing where the sole meets the shoe. So I am happy with the size I got and the fit, especially with socks on and if my feet swell any in the heat. ... show more

I start physical therapy this week and needed these for the pool. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. They look nice too. Well made and should last a very long time. I love the traction they provide also.

Affordable water shoes. Shoe looks good however runs big. I recommend sizing down. I am a size 9, had to size down one shoe size. Insole is comfortable, have yet to wear them in the water. The insole does come off easily to wash out any sand particles.

I love these shoes for walking on the beach, they are also the most comfortable slippers to wear around your house, pool or vacation property. They fit exactly as my size, they are not too tight or too loose and are adjustable around the ankle.They look made well and I got the aqua green, they are so pretty. I use these shoes to work out in the yard. I live in Florida, so my feet don't sweat. They have a lot of padding on the foot. I do not slip in them, easy on and off. I love the color. My feet get wet and they dry pretty quick.

I have tried several different kinds of water shoes and they all seemed to fall apart after very few uses. These have been great! Even the inner sole has not come out. That's the first thing that happens with the others. They are very comfortable and fit true to size. I also use these for riding jetskis and they provide additional non slipping support. These were great for the first couple of days of my trip, but not so great by day 5. At first, I thought I had a rock in my shoe, so I kept taking it off and washing out the shoe and feeling for any pebbles. Turns out, there was a rough spot inside the shoe itself. The soul insert had a rough edge that rubbed my feet and caused blisters. I wanted so much to love these for my entire seven day trip, but unfortunately, I couldn’t wear them the last 2 1/2 days of my trip because of the blisters. ... show more
