I am very happy with these. I have a bunion on my left foot and most shoes, even soft flats hurt. I was a little unsure about getting something with a wide toe box because a lot of the shoes made that way are a bit strange looking. These do take a little getting used to if you usually wear pointed toe shoes but I adjusted quickly. They are very cute and exceptionally comfortable. The fabric is a little stretchy with small holes that let your feet breathe and the wide toe box makes all the difference for comfort with my bunion. They are also cut a little higher up the foot than some flats and this might also be a reason they are better for a bunion. They do seem to run a little large but they come with two insoles placed one on top of the other already in the shoe. The insoles are not attached so can be removed easily and this helps to adjust for fit. For instance, sometimes I wear socks with them so I remove one insole. When I go without socks I place both insoles in the shoes. One set of insoles has extra cushion making standing or walking in them very comfortable. If you have any foot issues and are looking for a wide toe box flat that is still pretty cute, I definitely recommend these. ... show more

    • Affordable and works for my neuropathy

I have been eyeing these shoes for a while since I now have neuropathy from chemo (mostly numbness) I finally ordered, and I love these shoes. I particularly like the textured one naole option they come with as it massages the bottoms of my feet when I walk. They are wide, but not too wide for my medium feet. The toe box is not constricting and allows my feet the feel free with no pressure on my toes. I am between sizes, 8-8.5 and then orders the 8.5wide. they fit perfectly well the no socos, but I never wear any cos anymore because they bug my toes now. They are loose, but I think they are supposed to be. They have just enough cushion and support but not too much. If you have super high arches you may need more support. Personally, I have found that a zero drop shoes with little cushioning feels the best for my neuropathy. I can't wear my Birkenstocks in the rain and snow, so thse are great. They look nice enough for work. If they had a red or burgundy pair, I'd order more. They are more affordable than other zero drop shoes. ... show more

    • Nice pair of wide toe box black flats

These are nice wide toe box black flats - nothing fancy, but they are pretty much what I was looking for. Pros: - They have a nice wide toe box. - They have two insoles for a good range of adjustability depending on what you need for your feet. - They are made of a flexible, fairly breathable material. Cons: - The worst thing about them is that the soles are a little harder than I was hoping for, so they make a little clicking sound on harder surfaces, which is annoying. Minor issues: - They could have a bit more traction, but this isn't really an issue for me. - They look a little cheaply made (if you get close to them, you can see a little bit of glue on the seam between the sole and the upper), but I just don't wear them to anything fancy. Neutral: - They have a little arch support - not enough to support me if I were wearing them all day, but I don't use them for extended periods of time, so it's not an issue for me. - Not much of a barefoot shoe feel, if you're looking for that. If you take out both of the insoles, they have a bit of a barefoot shoe feel, but not as much as some others (such as the wide toe box sneakers from this brand). My feet are very wide, short (about 8 inches heel-to-toe), and tall (a bit over 2 inches on the instep), so it makes it very hard for me to find shoes that don't fall off and also don't squish my toes or the top of my feet. These shoes do a decent job in all those categories, so I'm happy with them. I ordered the smallest size (5.5), and they could fit more snugly, but when I use the thicker insole, it works out. I really like that I can switch to the thinner insole if I want to wear socks with the shoes. The only problem is that with the thicker insole, there's less room for my feet height-wise, so my feet stick up a bit farther than I would like, but the part where the tongue would be (if it were a sneaker) doesn't dig into my feet, so that's good. At the same time I bought these, I bought another pair that was very similar from another brand (Lediney). Those were unfortunately bigger than these (the smallest size available was 6), so I had to return them. Those had a very nice flexible sole that made no noise on hard floors, as well as better traction, but they also only had one insole, so they had less adjustability in terms of size. In everything else, they seemed basically identical. I haven't had them long enough to clean them, but I don't foresee any difficulties with cleaning. All in all, this is a decent shoe, not exceptional value for the price, but perfectly adequate for what I needed. If you're looking for a decent-looking black flat that won't squish your toes, this is a good option. ... show more

Comfortable, lightweight and as described. I did have to use both inserts as they run big (a first for me lol). They can go with casual or dressed up outfits. Definitely worth the money.

These are fabulous wide toe box ballet flats! They are adorable, arrived in great condition, and have a no -marking sole that feels more like a sneaker. I like the way these shoes look as they can go with so many different outfits, but they are not nearly as comfortable as other reviews and research told me. I wish there was more toe room-one of the reasons I bought them was for the extra room I had read about.     • Barefoot ballet style shoes that do not slip off!
Size: 9 Color: Black
These are cute ballet flats with a wide toe box and zero drop. What makes these different than other barefoot flats is that these actually stay on your feet. They’re a little loose on the foot at first which is common to the style of barefoot shoes but after you get used to them, they don’t slip off anymore. Essentially you learn how to walk in them and the shoes break in a little bit as well. By the end of day one, they were comfortable, and I had no slippage. I knocked off the star because the right shoe is ever so slightly teensy bit smaller than the left shoe plus these are not super great quality. They’re very cute and they’ll last a season but they’re cheap so I expected that. I wear a size 9 and the closest size they had was a 9 1/2 which fits… Other than the slightly smaller right shoe which was not enough of a difference to send them back. All all, it’s a win if you want a barefoot shoe other than tennis shoes or more casual styles. You could dress these up or dress them down, as the occasion needs. ... show more
