Broke these in with a 2 hour beach walk in the sand and in the water. Got 'em good and wet. They're true to size and since they stretch a little they're forgiving, One of my feet is 9 1/2 and the other is size 9, I got the size 9 and they fit both feet just fine. I like the little tab and and drawstring on the heel. These worked amazingly well out of the bag. Usually new shoes, even water shoes can cause a blister until they're broken in. These didn't. Part of wearing a water shoe is cleaning it afterwards. This is as simple as taking out the insoles and hosing everything down and letting it dry in the sun. The insoles are nice and thick compare to other water shoes. This makes it easier to put back in the shoes. Thinner ones will fold and bind, and a pain to get back in the shoe sometimes. No downside, great value for the price. I'll order another pair when these ultimately wear out. ... show more

I have neuropathy in my feet and years ago burned the bottoms of them very badly after walking on hot sand, so my doctor told me I have to wear shoes at the beach even in the water. I also have very narrow feet and a hard to find shoe size. These water shoes are perfect. They can be adjusted to fit my feet (11 Narrow) and have good support on the bottom for wearing in the water. I would not hike in them because they don't have enough support for me (I am 74) but might for younger people. I have not tried walking on the beach in them yet but will at some point, and might add to this review after that. They are very comfortable to walk around in at home. I have not noticed anything about any arch support, but then I probably wouldn't feel it either way. ... show more

Excellent water shoe! Comfy to walk around pool, & on rocky shores. Soles are firm, but rubber feel giving, so semi soft feeling when walking. Also found make a great room slipper, when traveling. A strong reco for these!!👍👍

    • ok shoes for pool volleyball, can't reliably tighten using cord on the back
I only wear them for recreational pool volleyball. The tread is thin, doubt it would hold up to asphalt or sidewalk wear for very long. They have a comfortable footbed liner,good snug fit on my fairly narrow feet, good traction,dry pretty quickly. Thought they might have holes in the soles. They don't, but hasn't been an issue as they don't absorb or hold much water for long. Would be good for walking the surf at the beach. ***Edit: Small bungee cord with clip on the back was always coming loose,shoes were almost coming off during movement underwater. Easy fix was to tie a knot making the bungee cord shorter/tighter. Now harder to get on but the fit is tighter. Otherwise holding up great,remain comfortable,quick drying. ... show more

I use these with ankle straps, tailor made inserts and no socks while working out. These are light the fit and size stretch due to the fabric. This type of combination is what I feel to be a great orthopedic cure. Lighter, faster with a reasonable price.

Good fit although I would love it if they had half sizes I’m a 10 1/2 10 and 11 fits but a little too much room really comfortable put insoles in them and you have perfect river shoes

Just received them today (01-03-2026) and they seem to be good quality. and function well. The size is true. I like the tension strings at the heel so that the shoes can be more secure on the heel land avoid foot from slipping out of shoes. Cannot rate durability. These are good for the beach, narrow for my big OLD feet. They feel great and I was all excited on the first day, but on the second day one foot suffered badly, and then it happened again, so they're in the back of the closet right now.
