  • Great affordable wide toe box
Size: 13 Wide Color: W882 | Black (Canvas Upper)
I bought them for work since they say non-slip. They’re a great cheaper alternative to the Lems that I was using. The toe and heel have a different texture of grip, so I do slip in the kitchen if I put too much weight on my heel, but for everyday use, they’d be fine. I actually may end up getting a pair to use outside of work too since they’re comfy and don’t look bad. They are a little snug if you have an extra wide toe box, but it’s not super noticeable, and the heel fits fine while also providing toe space. ... show more

  • High quality shoe. Highly recommended.
Size: 11 Wide Color: W882 | Black (Canvas Upper)
Great quality shoes at a budget cost that feature a zero drop heel and a wide toebox. Super comfortable and they’ve been holding up great so far.

  • Almost Perfect Shoes for Lots of Walking, but Keep Glue Handy
Size: 11 Wide Color: W882 | White (Canvas Upper)
I love these shoes. I’ve bought 3 pairs of Whitin now (2 knit, 1 canvas). They’re a lot more affordable than other barefoot shoes like vivobarefoot, super stylish, and still very durable. I walk a ton for work (20k steps isn’t unusual), and these shoes have gotten me through that in any type of weather (have not tried snow) with no issue. Great traction on these bad boys. My feet are sore at the end of the day, but no blisters, bunions, or anything like that. In fact, my toes thank me at the end of the day for letting them be so comfortable. I love being stylish, but Chucks are a pain to put on and take off everyday. These shoes are almost as convenient as sandals My only problem with these are that the soles of both of them started to come out, so I had to get gorilla glue to get them back in place. ... show more

  • grippy sole and wide toe-box
Size: 11 Wide Color: W882 | Black (Canvas Upper)
Really grippy soles - on flat tile it squeeks as you stop quickly. this is a lightweight shoe with adequate insole but not huge arch support . i like the roominess of the toe box which is about the same as Altra shoes. Canvas upper keeps it breathable but, as with all black canvas like shoes, it can pick up dust. I have gently wiped down the shoe with a damp cloth and it looks great afterwards. I normally tie my shoes once when I first buy them and these have done well as easy slip-ons (but not stiff enough in the heel to be a true slip-on but it works.) ... show more

  • Excellent Value, Details Lacking
Size: 9.5 Wide Color: W882 | Black White (Canvas Upper)
I’ve had these shoes for about 2 months (~200 miles). Here’s a quick list of the pros and cons of the shoes. Ultimately, I’m giving the shoes a 3/5 stars because of the issue with the tongue. It would be a 4.5 if the tongue wasn’t coming loose. Pros - great pattern: shoes are very attractive, the fact that they are wide toe is barely noticeable - good quality canvas Cons - one tongue is barely holding on for dear life - the tongue is ~.25” longer on one shoe - laces are very poor quality ... show more

  • Comfortable and wide enough
Size: 11 Wide Color: W883 | Black (Knit Upper)
Very happy with these shoes! I was little skeptical at first due to the low price, bu they exceeded my expectations. I bought them for my work (auto mechanic), as all work shoes I had are not breathable, too tight around the toes and heel is too high. Slippery when wet or oily. I wear my work boots for messy jobs. These are very comfortable and sizing is true. If you’re not used to 0 drop shoes don’t just jump in these and think you can walk on hard surfaces for long from the beginning. Make gradual change. I can wear them comfortably with or without socks. ... show more

  • Great Fit! Better than the Expensive Name Brands
Size: 12 Wide Color: W882 | Green Gum (Canvas Upper)
These are exponentially better than the more expensive brands. I exclusively wear bear foot sandals (Luna and Earth runners); but, occasionally I need a pair of shoes. These appear to be better quality than Xero shoes that I have purchased for 3X the price. They are much wider (which I love!). I find Xero shoes to be no wider than a regular shoe. My go to size to order is 11.5 in most shoes; I went with size 12 in these. They are a perfect fit. I have not worn these out. My initial try-on thoughts: Plenty of room for toe splay. I walk with my toes extending up and reaching far on the step-up. These seem to have plenty of room for me. I normally have a big problem with my toes feeling cramped in a short toebox. I feel my foot can move the way it does in my sandals in these shoes. They look pretty sharp. I have had a difficult time merging style and function in the past several years since I went exclusively to bearfoot shoes. These look good! The canvas seems breathable and moveable. They do not have the typical “clown shoe” appearance. I plan to use these for walking on concrete on my visit to cities. I plan to wear the insole, which is very comfortable so far. You will not have full ground feel, there is a bit of cushion, which is what I was looking for. For those reviewers saying they don’t have enough arch support: That is the point of bearfoot shoes. I can not speak to longevity or long term wear. I will date after testing them out for a while. The only reason I give 4 stars, is because I don’t know how well they will hold up to a lot of use. I’m hoping they can last me a summer. I recommend trying these out. ... show more
