Just what I was looking for. My old work apron finally gave out and needed to be replaced. Heavy duty apron, very stiff when you get it. Takes a few days of wearing it for the fold creases to work out. The straps are overkill for what I need; I will probably rework them, simple loop to go around my neck and belt at the waist. I really don't need the cross-shoulder straps. All I will keep in the pockets are gloves and a couple of marking implements. The loops for the hammers should be wider and maybe slightly heavier material, with 2 rivets on each side of the loops. I paid $20 for it, but it would still be worth it for $10 or so more. Happy with purchase.

This is a very heavy duty canvas it is very stiff and somewhat on the heavy side but it will last a lifetime. It has plenty of pockets for every comfortable can barely feel it on your shoulders. I would highly recommend.

I replaced an old Craftsman cloth apron with this one because the old one was hard on my neck and upper back muscles. This one is somewhat better since it distributes the load to my shoulders. Offsetting this improvement though is the stiff nature of the apron itself and the frustrating adjustments of the shoulder harness. I was able to adjust the harness so that the apron rides higher and the snug fit of the bottom back strap alleviates the stress on the shoulders but it is still a relief to remove the apron. The stiff fabric can be irritating at times when it drags against the work bench or catches your clothes when its hanging on its nail as you walk by. The stiff fabric makes it difficult to get items out of the lower pockets if you are wearing gloves. Other than those things, it is worth the money. It is hardy and provides good protection from table saw projectiles if you forget to stand out of the line of fire. - i

I wasn't sure what to expect when buying this but I have been blown away by how awesome this work apron is! It holds all of the tools that I need close at hand and is comfortable while doing so. I like that the pockets are fairly tight so things don't fall out and bits of debris don't fall in the pockets so easily.

I've used the apron for about 25 hours and the 24 oz waxed canvas is sturdy, The shoulder harness easily carries the weight of the 'filled to the overflowing" pockets and makes it comfortable to wear for several hours. I appreciate the 2 "bunny pockets" which keep personal items like my handkerchief clear of sawdust! This apron is a dream. It covers me from throat to knees and gives me lots of places to stash stuff so I don't have to play 'Where did I leave my rule/square/pencil/etc?' The only criticism is the quality of the straps - they are serviceable but rather narrow and not up to the quality of the rest of the product,
