This product is very well made. I was extremely hesitant, buying an urn online sight unseen, but compared to the unholy prices met at a funeral home, I wasn't left with much of a choice. Surprisingly, the director had actually encouraged me to look on Amazon specifically, and offered to fill the urn for me free of charge in my & my family's time of need. The urn arrived on time, with no defects or flaws. My only complaint would be with UPS- they were supposed to notify me during a two hour window of arrival (I live in an apartment complex and was worried about theft). They did not, however, and had I not gone downstairs that night I would have never known it arrived, leaving it wide open for anyone who would be tempted to steal a package not knowing what was inside. Nevertheless, I have the urn and it is beautiful, solid, and heavy. If my mother were here to see it, I'm certain that it would be her first choice as well- her favorite color was pink. And the metallic pink on this urn is really very pretty. She would be as happy with the decision as I am. I especially like that they include a velvet bag to transport the urn in- in a time like that, dealing with grief and loss, the last thing I needed to worry about was scratching the finish on my mom's final resting place. Peace of mind over the littlest of things is invaluable with all else going on. Very pleased with the product, despite the circumstances leading me to purchase it. Recommended. ... show more

The urn itself is beautiful and well made. it I like that it came in a fabric bag since I will be traveling with it, HOWEVER the bag had dog hair and a powder on it. It looks used and Im trying to convince myself it is not ashes from remains. Normally I wouldn’t rate a product down for the packaging but its really hard not to worry if it is used before I put my family member’s remains in it. ... show more
