I really liked the look of these boots, except they were too wide around the ankle and I wanted a more fitted boot not one that fit like a cowboy boot, but one that fit more like a more formal boot. I sent them back.

So many compliments wearing these this weekend! Look so quality and fit like a glove. Comfortable too and I was able to stay in them 8am - 8pm no problem at all. I ordered my true to size and wore medium thickness socks.

This is my second time ordering these shoes. The first time I was able to contact customer support and get a new pair as I had passed the refund date. Luckily this time they broke within the 30 days so I was able to send them back. It’s unfortunate because they are truly so cute and affordable. I understand you get what you pay for but for ~$65, I still don’t feel like the heel should blatantly rip off. Twice. I was also wearing these in very normal settings when they broke— the first time at a work party and the second at a welcome hour for a wedding. The first time I had worn them twice before they broke, and the second time only once!!! These need some quality control before I’d consider purchasing again.

I believe the size runs large however my biggest concerns was that one of the boots appeared to have a stain but would not come off. It appears to be mold which is unfortunate for the price.
