Average initial comfort and support. Normal weight for athletic shoes, though I wouldn’t consider them lightweight. The fabric and stitching are clean and well made, but the painted soles/heel is a bit tacky, poorly painted/faded, and not well done (as pictured).

The sizing is very strange and hard to pinpoint to your actual size. We had to try and return 3 pairs before we finally got the right size. What a pain. The price is decent though. I’m not willing to spend $60+ on a pair of kids shoes that will be ruined or outgrown in a few months. So there $30 ones are a better deal. We will see how they stand up to my kiddo’s wear. ... show more

My 6 yr old loves them so far. Appearance-wise they look very cool and he says they’re comfortable. I wanted a pair of lighter weight shoes for his ninja exercise classes and these are definitely light. We’ll see how the traction works out. My complaint about these shoes is that they are “lace up” which isn’t displayed in any of the pictures. I thought they were slip-on but they require tying laces so for littles, it’s an added challenge. ... show more
