Look, I know this stuff is cheap, and that's why I ordered it- I don't normally wear bright lipstick but wanted to try it out. My daughter and I absolutely loved this black cherry color and it suited both our skin tones and was flattering. However, after applying it just one time and barely being rolled up, it broke right in half and fell out of the tube. I stuck it back in and made it work for the event, but now it's pretty much useless unfortunately unless I hold it just right or use a makeup applicator to apply it. I kept my rating at a 3/5, solely because it fit the need I ordered it for and about $2 for a one time use isn't bad, but I would hesitate ordering this exact one in the future. Felt nice on my lips and wasn't matte/dry feeling or overly glossy ( though it looked better when I applied gloss on top). It did run/bleed just a bit and required frequent applications throughout the day and night, but it was super pretty. ... show more

I bought the shade "Bare it All." The color is pretty, but the texture and smell are unbearable. Dry as chalk, feels like it's going to snap trying to apply it because it's so dry. Peels after applying. Honestly, for a $2 lipstick, I can't be too upset, but save your $2. Also, the smell was a big turn off for me. It feels and smells like I'm rubbing a Crayola crayon on my mouth!! If you purchase this lipstick, definitely do not get the matte variety. ... show more

Very matte, strong color payoff and the colors are pretty close to the online tones. I used a brush to apply and got a nice feathered and long lasting look, for so little money. Wet N Wild has some really good products, and the prices are so low you can test many.
