⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (32" Monitors – White & Black) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (49" Monitor) ⭐ (Westinghouse Customer Service) We were lucky enough to grab one black 32", one white 32", and the 49" monitor from this lineup. The two 32" monitors are fantastic and easily deserve 5 stars. We replaced dual 24" monitors with these, and the difference has been amazing for my work-from-home setup. Everything is so much easier to read now (emails, Teams, Excel spreadsheets, and multiple work programs) are all much more comfortable on the eyes. On 24" screens I was constantly straining but the jump to 32" made everything significantly more legible and usable. They are only 1080p but going from 24" to 32" more than makes up for it in day-to-day productivity. I also tried the built-in speakers and while they work in a pinch (like if external speakers don’t connect during a meeting), they are not very loud or particularly clear compared to dedicated speakers. Not a dealbreaker at all, just something to be aware of. My husband also set them to 240Hz for gaming, and the difference compared to 60Hz is incredible. Everything is noticeably smoother and more responsive. For both work and gaming, the 32" monitors have been excellent. The picture quality on all of these monitors is also stunning, which really adds to the overall experience. These are both mounted on a dual-monitor desk mount and look absolutely beautiful. I'm ecstatic that these can be mounted. --------------------------------- The 49" monitor, however, is a completely different story. It's a 5-star monitor but the customer service is poorly lacking. When it arrived, it was clearly a used return. The box was poorly taped and looked like it had been opened and resealed multiple times. When we opened it, it only contained the monitor and the stand (no cables, no power supply, and not even a product manual). We contacted Westinghouse and went back and forth over several days. They eventually asked for our address to send a replacement power supply and provided a tracking number (we didn't need any additional HDMI/DP/USB-C cables since we have plenty) but after a week it still hadn’t shipped. When we followed up, we were told they didn’t have any power supplies in stock and were advised to purchase one ourselves with a promise of reimbursement up to $25. They even sent us an Amazon link to a recommended power supply, which we ordered. Once it arrived, the monitor powered on, but it immediately showed issues. My husband was in the middle of an online game when the screen randomly shut off and lost all power. This happened multiple times over the next day. After researching, we found that the power supply Westinghouse recommended was not sufficient for this monitor and was also running extremely hot. Turns out, the power specification for this monitor is 24V/6.25A. The adapter they suggested was for a 24V/2.5A/60W. So, we returned it and purchased a 24V/8W/192W adapter. Since then, the monitor has worked without further issue, monitor stays on, power adapter doesn't get hot at all, but the entire experience was frustrating and far from what we expected. Other reviews mention that text is hard to read on the 49" but that has not been our experience at all. With the correct power supply, it is a phenomenal monitor and is now being used for gaming. 120Hz is plenty for this size, though it would be nice if it matched the 240Hz of the 32" models. We also wished the curve was 1500R or even 1000R. Still, for the price point of $600, this thing is a beast and absolutely worth the money. We are considering purchasing one more of these (assuming it comes with everything!). It just really sucks that we had such a poor experience with customer service because the monitor itself, once properly set up, is actually excellent.

The monitor is of low quality. While it is great in size, and appears nice, within a week I noticed a grey line across the screen. Tried to ignore it, and now two months in, I have about 6 grey lines across my screen of dead areas. Had to struggle to get amazon to take it as a return, although in my favor I complained to Amazon about it since about week one.

I bought this Westinghouse 49-inch monitor mainly for work, and it has been great so far. The large screen makes multitasking much easier because I can keep multiple windows open at the same time without feeling cramped. The picture quality is clear and sharp, and the colors look good for everyday use. Setup was simple and the monitor connected quickly to my computer without any issues. The size takes a little getting used to, but once you start using it, it’s hard to go back to smaller screens. Overall, it’s a solid monitor if you want more screen space for productivity or general use.

I really struggled with this purchase decision. I was really tired of having the two monitors with the break in the middle (2 LG 43 inch 4k monitors). I do panoramic photography with extremely high resolution, at times upward of 11k by 60k pixels. Having that break in the middle was extremely annoying. I wasn't sure if the 5120 by 1440 would be sufficient for me but at the $600 price tag I thought I would give it a try. I was surprisingly pleased with the monitor. I like the larger radius (1800) better that the 1000 that is most common. The size, width and height are working great for photo editing. I did need to color calibrate it right off. It was set very to dark and washed out with the contrast. It does have some issues with running through a KVM. I had to switch from a display port KVM to HDMI KVM with a higher frequency to get it to work with both my ROG laptop and ROG desktop. It has been running now for a couple months and I am very pleased with it over all. One short coming is the speakers in the monitor, they are pretty much useless I find I have to use headphone that plug into the monitor. Because I am running through a KVM for two computers I have to use the speakers or aux jack and headphones in order to automatically switch back and forth between the two computers. I attached a photo of the set up I have. Great price and good performance so far.

Horrible experience. The screen constantly flickers, randomly shuts off, then turns back on by itself. It also freezes, and sometimes half the screen goes completely black. I can’t even watch a simple YouTube video without issues. I spent time with customer support and went through all the troubleshooting steps, but nothing fixed it. And mind you, I’m not even gaming or doing anything demanding, just emails, web browsing, and regular business/work use. Save your time and money. This monitor is complete trash.
