It is a great monitor...not expensive and gets it done with vibrance.....but wow does it need some space to stand up. I recently bought a flat for my office. The monitor itself is perfect, it supports 1440 p and everything came as stated with only one downside being you can’t change the back lighting also the monitor itself wasn’t delivered in an Amazon box instead just in the regular box this is worrying because someone seeing this on the front porch would’ve been more likely to have taken it ... show more

    • Be careful with it on the mount
This monitor was fantastic, perfect size good picture, everything. It was all good until I nudged the stand a little and the display came right off the mount falling to the ground, cracking the display. The way the monitor goes on the stand is janky, it literally just sits on two small metal hooks with no physical connection to the stand, it just hangs on those two pieces of metal. I have this attached to my ASUS ROG Laptop. I am not using a docking station, this is connected directly to the HDMI port of my laptop and used as the primary monitor. I was a little concerned with the brand at first, as it is not a common monitor brand that I see in either the workplace or in "tech" stores. PROS I am very impressed with all aspect of the monitor as a whole, the manufactured quality is great with a solid stand that allows for very little wobble on my standing desk, the picture quality in the array of uses that I put my system through on a daily basis. General Office use: There are no clarity issues with the monitor while using spreadsheets, documents, or applications. IT Tool use: I haven't experienced any issues with any of the IT tools that I utilize on a daily basis. Gaming: I am not a heavy gamer, but the few games that I do play it seems to handle the graphics without issue. CONS: The base of the monitor is rather large and did not fit on the existing monitor stand that I had - so it takes up a little more desk real estate than I would like, but it is acceptable. ... show more

At first I was skeptical of the name brand, but I went ahead and got this because of the LG ultrawides are overpriced or out of stock. To sum it up this monitor is great. The only downside is its a VA panel. There will be some minor ghosting but thats just the nature of VA. The included stand is solid metal, its not a flimsy plastic like you see on other brands. It is a bit big, I ordered a different mount so I can move it back on my desk a few inches. It is VESA mountable. The RGB isnt bright, but not dull. Its subtle and not overwhelming. Supports nvidia cards. Even though its a freesync display nvidia CP will still detect and enable it as a gsync monitor. All in all its a good display. Like I stated earlier, its not an IPS panel. Beautiful monitor, great size, great price, flat so it's usable on walls and not gamer-dedicated. Works in every way but one. The dark blacks in regular mode are gray-lighted and it kills a game all about lighting like Metro Exodus. However, you can turn on DCR and it regulates the larger contrast ratio well, making RTX on Metro look beautiful (as a stress test). This does mean that if not in full screen in game or movie, you will notice that the taksbar etc. brightness will change with the balance of darks and lights on the screen. So, if you can handle a little hands-off, this is an excellent monitor, especially at this price point, if you realize 4k is stupid at current computing level. ... show more
