This is quite an amazing scooter and a very smooth ride. In no time at all, my son had this figured out and was gliding and turning and doing wheelies and tricks with this! He loves the control over a skateboard and says it's cool because he can do different tricks with a scooter that are easier for him to try as a beginner because of the handle. The wheels are stury and can handle rougher sidewalks with good balance and smooth glide. It has very firm grip handles that click into place and we love the sturdy kickstand! Best of all, even my friend's husband tried this out and could maneuver with it when he adjusted the height of the handle. He was so impressed he asked my son if he could borrow it. Having recently received it, my son wasn't feeling THAT generous, but graciously extended the offer he could ride it when he came to visit. Lol! ... show more

I disliked the fact that right out of the box, I noticed a big scratch above the wheel on the splash guard and that prompted me to inspect the whole scooter. Surely enough, there were more scratches to be found. I thought to myself that this might be what other people have reviewed and said their new scooter was just a repackaged used one. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and opened up my second scooter. Scratches under and around the front as well. This is really unfortunate because i had bought this as a gift for my little cousin and seeing her look of excitement from getting a new scooter turn into an inquisitive frown when seeing a big scratch out of the box and having me explain that she'll have to wait for a new one to come in was just a really uncomfortable situation for us all. I'm going to have to return it and wait to have another two sent to me. The protection in the box is adequate and it came in a box within another box so I know that wasn't the problem. Will leave 1 star review until new scooters come in to be inspected as I am displeased due to the inconvenience for now. Can anyone from the sales representative team explain how these products got an okay to leave the warehouse? ... show more

Assembly was fast and easy, under 10 minutes. The frame build was solid and the scooter glide very smoothly. The dual suspension helps to reduce bumpy ride. It is quite a big scooter and not sure how convenient it is if you use it to commute and has to carry it around. I bought it to ride along with my kiddo and Overall, very happy with this purchase. I was on the verge between the black color and the white color. The white color looks beautiful from the photo but I was afraid it will look dirty after just a couple ride. I really wanted to get a scooter for my son while the weather gets better. I came up with this scooter, ordered and it arrived fast. When I get a chance to look at it, I realized that it was used. There were dusty shoe prints and lots of scratches all over. Also had a missing bolt/nut which I later realized and decided to return it.
