  • 🚙🎲 Handy little game pack for road trips with kids 👨👩👧👦🛣️
I used the WELL BALANCED 5-in-1 Road Trip Games a few times now, and it feels like a smart addition to our travel bag. The box is compact and sturdy, so it looks like it’s made of high quality materials. Everything fits neatly inside without loose pieces, which makes it easy to toss in the glove compartment or a backpack without worrying about cleanup. The pack includes five different games: Scavenger Hunt, Trivia, Riddles, Talking Games, and Guess Who I Am. They’re simple enough for younger kids to follow, but they still keep adults entertained. I liked that it doesn’t require setup or devices, so it’s a true screen-free option. On our drives, it has definitely helped break up the monotony and kept the kids engaged instead of zoning out. Good idea for trips with kids in the car. It helps with our road trips, and honestly, it gives parents a break too. It won’t magically stop the “Are we there yet?” questions, but at least now we have an answer besides “another 2 hours.” Summary: 🚙 Compact and travel friendly 🎲 Includes 5 different easy games 📦 No loose pieces or setup needed 📱 Screen-free way to keep kids busy 👨👩👧👦 Fun for both kids and adults Overall, it’s a practical pick for families who travel. It doesn’t take much space, it keeps the car quieter, and it makes long drives a bit more enjoyable. ... show more

  • Great alternative to tablets
I have two young kids who I have been trying to reduce their screen time. Previously, I would let them each use their tablets while we were traveling in the car, but I recently decided to try other things to keep them entertained instead. I came across this road trip pack and thought it would be the perfect solution. I really have nothing negative to say about these. I really love them. There is a variety of different activities that I can do with my kids, including: trivia, scavenger hunt, talking games, guessing, and riddles. All of these things are right up my kid’s alley. We’ve tested these out on a couple of short trips into town and they’ve been a hit so far. I really like the size of these, they’re about the same size or exactly the same size as gambling cards and fit perfectly in the glove box or center console. There are also a whole bunch of them so it will be a while before we repeat the same cards. The best thing is that the content of the cards is entertaining for my kids. For example: there’s a question about flamingos and what they look like as babies. This kind of stuff is what is interesting to kids that are the age of mine. This worked very well for what I wanted and I’m very happy that I have these! ... show more

  • Great for travel; Easy to play
This is a great set of games for travel. The games include trivia questions, riddles, a scavenger hunt, "talking games", and "guess who I am" games. They are very convenient and entertaining. Transfer them to five zip lock bags to keep them organized, as the original wrappers are disposable and there is no way to keep them separated. This cost a star. ... show more

  • One of my favorite family fun purchases! Definitely recommend.
Better than expected! We’ve tried a lot of these types of road trip games to keep everyone entertained while traveling and most are either too dumbed down and seem like they’ve been reused from other brands or just not interesting. This one was different and a lot of fun. The trivia was just right for younger kids and even though some of the riddles were more like regular jokes they were enjoyable. One set of cards has some interesting prompts to help get the imagination going if your kids are like mine and love that sort of play. There is also a “guess who I am” section with pictures of people or objects. My only issue with those are that Santa and The Tooth Fairy are included which could be a little worrisome for different age groups and belief levels. Just be aware or take them out which is what we did. Don’t want anyone finding something out they aren’t ready for yet. Both of them still come to our house. :) ... show more

  • These are the cards you're looking for
I look for good travel games for in the car and a lot of them are the same “I spy with my little eye” variations or tic tac toe. Finding something a little more engaging is my goal – and this set of cards are meeting my expectations this time around. There are five different sets of cards. I think my favorite are the “Guess who I am?” cards – you can play it like 20 questions. The great thing about this is that the person getting questioned has something to look at to base their answers off of. These games can be played over without getting bored, too. All around win. The only improvement I’d suggest is a better way to store the cards. It’s hard to fit the cards back in the box. The cards are a bit wider than a standard playing card, but they do fit in a plastic box that I have to store playing cards in. ... show more

  • Nice for road trips and less screen time
This set is a fun way to keep kids engaged in the car without defaulting to tablets or phones. With riddles, trivia, scavenger hunts, and other mini-games, there’s a lot of variety to help break up long rides. The activities are easy to follow, kid-friendly, and encourage everyone to participate — which makes the miles go by faster. The cards are sturdy and travel-sized, so they hold up well when tossed in the glove box or backpack. While some games are better suited for younger kids and others might stretch into the older range, it’s a good balance for families with multiple ages. Overall, it’s an affordable and simple way to create more interactive, screen-free family time on the road. A nice travel essential to have on hand for road trips, errands, or waiting in lines. ... show more
