I got these to use hanging canvas pictures on my walls. Unfortunately within minutes of adhering them to the wall, the 16 x 20 inch picture came loose from the wall. They may be useful for other lighter items, such as posters. I will say that the pieces were easy to remove and did not cause damage to the walls. It was also nice to have a variety of sizes and shapes, rather than having larger pieces which must be cut down.

When it comes to double-sided adhesive foam pads, as a crafter I have run into several issues: they are hard to peel, they don't stick well, and the color of the edge of the pad may show occasionally and does not look good with my project. These pads solve all of those problems. The are easy to peel and stick well, and for projects on black or dark paper, the black edges make them unnoticeable if they should show slightly on the edge. This package has several sizes (cut them for even more smaller sizes if needed) and because they are thinner than most foam pads, you can control the amount of dimension by using one or stacking multiple pads to just the right height. For uses around the house, they would stick well under a lot of conditions, especially to smooth surfaces, and may be a good solution for a quick job of mounting something to a wall. I don't do much of that, but I can see how they might be useful in that context. For paper crafting, I'll be using them to provide dimension just where needed, without a bright white or yellow edge showing through.

I needed double-sided tape to replace tape squares I destroyed when I had to disassemble a coffee table set I had put together incorrectly. I ordered these pads since they are not something I would normally keep in my supply cabinet. The coffee tables I needed these patches for had a steel frame & legs with a white slate top. These patches arrived in a couple days and I was able to finish putting the coffee tables together. The patches are super sticky and attached very firmly to the slate and the steel. Now that I have a good supply of these adhesive patches, I can think of a number of ways I can put them to good use repairing furniture and other items inside and outside my home. They've found a permanent home in my cabinet of items to keep on hand. These are quality items that perform well for the purpose intended. They are well worth the price.

Yes I know I could buy a big piece of tape and cut them myself, but I felt like being lazy. I put them to the test as soon as I got them and I am happy with the results. One thing to keep in mind with this type of tape is to glue each side to the items you want to tape together and let the glue stick for about 24 hours before attaching the 2 pieces together that lets it properly glue.

I use these on my scrapbooking pages. I like to put them under matted photos to give them a pop and a secure backing. Strong hold and great effect.
