I spent only a few minutes assembling this, no worries. My irritation occurred while moving it into position. I put it together in my hallway and attempted to move it into my storage room. CAN'T lift this from the top handle, which I discovered when I casually lifted it by the top bar and it came disconnected from the unit. Trying to position it into the room with the top bar coming aloose with every movement made my blood pressure boil. I would suggest some gorilla glue at that connection, rermember to only pick it up from the bottom (annoying) or be a much more patient person. However for the price, it can't be beat. ... show more

I ordered this because of the price and the decent reviews. Well, it came in the mail and first, the box was so beat up. So many holes and rips in the package before I even opened it. I didn’t really care that much about the packaging but then in the box there was half of an assembly instructions sheet. Literally the instructions had a huge rip in it so I would never know what step #2 and 3 would be. I figured I could put it together anyway but then there were no screws, or any materials to actually hold the rack together. It was actually comical. I didn’t expect much. i never write reviews but the black wingnuts it came with weren't the right size so i had to buy ones that the screw actually fit and the top part barely fit into the side. the hook is plastic and looks very cheap so i didn't put it on. overall its cheaper than other ones i found and its basic and cute so it'll work but i wouldn't recommend it ... show more

I live in my camper and have very little closet space. This was the ticket! It holds all of my thick coats. Watch when installing the verticals, the side hooks only go on one way.

    • Wrong size screws

The packaging is supposed to come with eight same size screws. I got four skinny screws and four fat screws, which equals me having to go to Lowe’s tomorrow to hopefully find four of the skinny screws in order to put this together. I’m really bummed out because I am leaving for a trip on Wednesday and I am using this as a part of my vendor set up for a craft fair.
