What can I really say? It does it's job well and seems well put together. Only time will tell how it holds up, but for now it is working fine

This is just acceptable as a wdt tool, in my book. The needles are not replaceable. On my unit I think they are permanently in there. They are also sharp - not the best for WDTing, It is also super light - yes plastic but not resinous but rather hollow and chinsy feeling including the stand ("base"). I guess this can do that job but I think there are plenty of other better feeling options for a WDT tool. In conclusion, this tool is fine, but if you really value your espresso as a ritual this probably won't scratch that itch you have for a satisfying WDT tool.
