Turning rod threads placed wrong to properly put on so could flow resin. Resin was not able to be cured as light kept falling off the two suction cups, as appears they don’t “click/lock” into holes/tabs on UV light as intended. So, parked mine in sun to cure, but still had the issue of the resin not flowing properly as the rod to flow & use wasn’t able to properly. Not effective. Also no place does package list “WD-40” a valued name, other than the Amazon label & ad/listing so don’t trust/value based on that. Likely used fraudulently for perceived value. 8<(

My wife’s vehicle had several pits and stars in the windshield. This product worked pretty well. The instructions were not in clear English however I was able to figure it out. The trick is to get some pressure on the star so that the epoxy can work its way into the micro cracks. That said I probably would’ve gone with a syringe and plunger style as opposed to this style however it was effective. Would not recommend on long cracks. It is safer to replace the windshield.

Had a rock from a diesel truck tag my window leaving a nice chip with spider cracks heading in all directions. Followed the directions and it filled everything in and the cracks disappeared! Pretty awesome.

A little complicated to use, but seems to have worked pretty well. And, plenty of liquid to use later, if something else gets chipped. Almost Winter, i don't want the teeny 1/2" crack to spread like crazy when the windshield gets frozen.
