We are at the beach and one of the boards we purchased for this trip ,,,,, Broke! I would like to send this back for a refund.

We bought two of the black boards (which are not slick bottom and we were under the assumption that they were since they were listed with the other slick bottom boards) and within 20 minutes of using both of them, one of them had the string detach from it when a wave pulled it away from me. The other board is still in working order and holding together. We registered the boards with the company from the QR code on the product label. Contacted the company to get our money back for the one the broke. Hopefully we won’t have to contact about the other one later on this week. Hopefully, that process will go smoothly. Not what I wanted to do one the first day of my vacation.

It is a lot smaller than was led to believe. Had an 8 year old, 13 year old, 32 year old and 4 year old all try to use it at the ocean and all complained about being able to get on and stay on the board. It was a lot shorter and more narrow than was expecting especially for the price. Definitely not worth the money. Wish I would have returned when opened but thought it should work for the younger smaller ones. Big mistake!
