I wasn't sure this was worth trying. I don't have ED so I wasn't sure what to expect from it as a penis pump, but I liked the option of the masturbator and it seemed interesting enough to give it a try. I am glad I did and here is what I found. First off, the penis pump worked and was interesting to try. It doesn't do much for stimulation since there is no vibration action, but it does fluff things up a bit. It didn't hurt, but it also wasn't useful for stimulation beyond the initial erection. The mouth sleeve provides great stimulation. I used it with lube and found it to be a great masturbator just by itself. I then added suction and it got better- then worse. I have to warn you that the suction is very strong and I must have created a good seal because after about 5 seconds I felt like my penis was in a vice grip- it actually hurt! OK, so after I quickly pressed the suction button a second time it released the air and went into a pattern of sucking and releasing. This felt great and never came close to hurting. When it is in full suck it is hard for me to stroke it up and down, but after a bit I was able to figure it out and that was quite fun. I think this is my favorite male masturbator and I can see this becoming a fairly regular tool. Competitive comparisons My first male masturbators were 3 different fleshlights (there was a big sale that year). Those worked ok, but were a true hassle to clean up. I used those on and off for a few years. I don't know if they have gotten better, but I never found a difference in feel between the 3 sleeves (one for each orifice). When I was ready for a new sleeve I decided the fleshlight was not worth the money- boy was I right! I tried a 3in1 sleeve next that was excellent. I still use that from time to time and enjoy the variety. Each orifice feels different and feels pretty true to what it should feel like- much more than the fleshlight. I tried a vibrating masturbator next and that was a complete fail (and why I was skeptical of this). The device was WAY too small, and the vibration and suction didn't feel like anything! I am of average guy of ~ 6 inches and I could not fit inside the thing. I threw that one out within a week. I did try another vibrating sleeve that was open ended that works great. I still have that and use it from time to time. I do enjoy that, but since it is open ended it doesn't give me that complete sensation I like when I'm all the way in. In short, this compares very well to the other toys I've tried. It is easier to clean up than most and provides good options.

The media could not be loaded. I have owned a number of sex toys over 10 I think starting with one overused Fleshlight I was ashamed of years ago I bought years ago. So I speak from experience with what's good and what's not as I've owned some bad or lackluster toys and some great ones. This toy is exactly as described and the mouth attachment is extremely high quality and a very nice bonus. Keep in mind it is a penis pump and it sucks extremely hard. Painfully if you don't manage it so be careful to read up on how to saftey use one as it can potentially be unsafe if used for too long or if you have rare medical conditions or take medicine. This is stated on the box as well which a nice benefit if you had no idea already. But that being said 99% of you are fine just read a health article on penis pumps before using one. The mouth attachment is what makes this purchase worth it although the pump aspect is definitely of great quality as well. The extra bonuses of rings are nice too. As for the mouth attachment it is the most lifelike of any similar mouth and lips toys as I've bought the others. It is by far more realistic than the autoblows attachment and that was $200. It feels much more real than the others as well and is softer and the tounge is plyable and soft. The teeth are also softer and you d9 not feel them or notice them as the other competitor products that have teeth can be felt and are painful if not inconveniencing and ruin the experience. The lips are immaculate on this insert. So all in all a phenomenal product by itself but I d8d f8nd that it almost sucks to hard so I decided to tey something with another similar product.... Here is the Pro tip: Being that this is a penis pump it sucks TOO HARD. What you need to do is buy this and then go buy another product that is similar but does not come with a mouth attachment it does use a actual air vent and vacuum but it's probably 1/3 to 2/3rds the power of this toy (Don't be fooled by the other products on the market that claim to suck and simulate the real thing as all they do is squeeze and they are not very powerful.
