Love this bag! The gun sling being on the side is great (my last bag it a as on the back and it would hit you in the head) I haven't tried out the decoy bag just yet but it did come with it (alot of reviews said it was missing) the carrier rings on one side do make you off balance I've just gotten use to throwing them over my bag instead. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tag directly attached to the bag says clear water-proof lid pouch... mine has a mesh one.... (see photos) kind of a disappointment but I'm dealing with it. We have been out all day in pouring rain and everything on the inside stays dry as long as you keep it zipped when your not using it and the flap down. I'm 5'5" and one of the other reviews said something about the shoulder straps being long. This is a little true but it hasn't been much of a bother. We hike in sometime 1.5-2 miles depending on where we are hunting and with the chest and lower strap I've been fine! Inside storage is huge! I ordered this bag at the end of last year's season because I was tired of trying to carry everything in my hands because my decoy back was on my back. I hunt exclusively on public land and some river spots have me hoofing it up to a mile from the public access parking, so no multiple trips for me. The GOOD: Being able to get my gear, decoys, and shotgun all on my back and out of my hands helps when it come to keeping balanced when trudging through mucky bottomed marsh. My typical loadout is 18 floaters and 2 Baby Mojo's. I was pleasantly surprised that the plastic clips on the decoy bag and pack have been able hold up to the strain. I was fully expecting to have to replace those with s-biners within the first couple trips. The main compartment easily holds the two Baby Mojos, their wings, and the standard poles that came with them. There's still plenty of room for my towel, extra layers, sealed coffee mug and bunch of other things. The loops on the outer sippers are big enough to easily hook a gloved finger in and the zippers themselves are solid. Plenty of outer pockets for spare shells, calls, extra decoy rig pieces, etc. The BAD: The shoulder straps. I'm 5'8" and on the bottom end of hefty and I have to have the straps tightened ALL THE WAY to get them even close to fitting right. If you're smaller than me it might be a real issue. Would be and easy fix for them to just shorten the padded portion by a few inches. The clip on the cross-chest strap connecting the shoulder straps broke. Plan on doing the s-biner fix mentioned above. OVERALL: Would recommend. ... show more

This has to be the best bag on the market right now I’m absolutely amazed this bag is perfect for refuge running or hunts where you have to walk in there’s tons of room inside the bag and little pockets inside to keep everything organized, the decoy bag is big I got 6 teal 8 mallard and 2 pintail decoys to fit easily and had room to put 2 or 3 mojos inside the actual backpack part if needed, gun holder on the side of the bag is great too I love it, it makes your gun sit low tho so if your walking threw deep water be careful Iv used this bag for a couple weeks now tho and have no complaints 10/10 recommend ... show more

Love all the pockets to keep things organized. Plastic bottom is great and doesn't soak up water. Straps are a bit long. Have used this bag for 5 hunts and it has held up through brush and marsh.

I have looked at multiple backpacks and had plenty. None of them put up with what I throw at it. This thing is a beast!!! By far the best! The decoy bag clips onto the back pack and is super nice cuz you still have room for ammo, calls, and extra jacket whatever you need in pockets. Also has a water resistant pouch for a phone or wallet. Has way more room then expected. I walked a total of 4 miles half of which was in marsh up to my waist in mud to duck hunt and i had no problem carry the load. The straps where very secure and held the pack tight. I had a dozen floating mallards, a higdon pulsator, 3 box’s of shells, ammo belt, extra jacket, 2 water bottles and some snacks and it was a cake walk into the marsh!!     • Zipper pull tab broken. 1st hunt
First hunt I’ve taken it on and the zipper pull tab has already broke. Just got it in the mail and seemed like a solid product. I’m sad to say that it’s already not living up to the standards of a true duck hunting bag

I bought this bag for a North Dakota waterfowl hunt.1st time I used it the top tote handle came loose.Seems ok,nothing else broke during the trip but also bought it to early and now can't get it returned.So now I have to use the shoulder straps .I may throw it away and buy another brand.From boat to blind that handle is definitely a need. ... show more
