Description

Why there are some holes on the surface of material？ Due to the large fabric of the product, some positioning holes are necessary. Needle holes are used to guide sewing and will not reduce or impact on the quality. Don't worry, this is not the fault of quality Why is air out from seams? Is it normal? Bounce houses are made of sewing by hands, like our clothes. The air leakage from the seams between material is normal. Therefore, keep the blower working always, do not stop during inflating. Why does the blower sometimes stop during using? There is a controller of temperature when it meets the set, the blower will stop working and will continue when it is cold or down. This is not a quality issue.

Very pleased with this purchase! Very sturdy and stable, and does well with our 3 kids all playing on it (ages 7, 12, and 17). No parts were missing and product was in perfect condition out of the box. Love that it has a storage bag included. We haven’t used the included stakes yet, but plan to use as it does get very windy where we are. Very easy to set up initially, and sets up in just a few minutes for use the next day. My kids ADORE this and use it all the time, dry and wet. The only reason I gave it four stars is that the inflator does not have a deflate option, and it's a pain in the butt to wait for it to deflate and try and get it back in the garage. Fair warning, it is bulky and heavy and does not roll up and go back into the bag they include. But this was totally worth the money for how much entertainment it provides the kids. So far so good! Set up with one person took about 40 minutes, it's a good size for multiple children to play. Both my 12 year old and 6 year old had a blast and told me how fun this one is (we had a different version last year with only a slide and they got bored of that pretty quick). It's a good investment if you have kids bouncing off the walls and need something to get them outside. Well worth the money. We bought for our son’s birthday party and it held up well with 9 kids between ages 1 and 8. We’ve used it weekly since then and had no issues. My only complaint is that it is rather heavy to handle with just one person when rolled up.

It was fun while it lasted. Went to set it up and with one slight pull.. ripped a big hole. Only had a year and only got to use maybe a hand full of times this year.
