I bought these to use for walking in our community swimming pool. I love them so much I bought another pair to wear around the house. These have thicker soles than other swim shoes I've had. The bottom also has a rugged texture, so these will help with not skidding on the wet concrete around the pool. These barefoot shoes are exactly what I hoped for. I love walking barefoot all summer long but in the winter I need something on my feet. These shoes give me the barefoot walking experience with just enough protection and I can wear some socks in them to keep my tootsies warm. They fit perfectly and even look quite cute. I like these a lot. True to size. Wide at toes and each of your toes fit in the tie molds. Use it to go in the pool at senior living. Protects me from shower gems, damage to my feet from the rough pool/Jacuzzi plaster.
