I am 100% buying more of these!! I got a pair for my husband and I for our cruise and honestly they were perfect. They worked great while being on the beach and also walking around the deck on the ship. They are comfortable and I didn’t have to worry about sand getting in down to my toes. My husband loved them just as much as I did. I got the solid black for both of us simply because I could not decide what color I wanted. These water shoes do exactly what I needed them to do. I bought them for water exercise classes at my local park pool, and they've worked really well. The pool is normally quite deep, but they use a floor insert to make it shallower for classes. The surface of that insert is made of a plastic-like material with a slightly rough texture. Since we sometimes jog or move quickly around the pool during class, it can be tough on bare feet. These water shoes provide enough protection to keep my feet comfortable and prevent irritation from the rough surface, while still being lightweight and flexible. They don't feel bulky or make it difficult to move through the water, which was important for me. I have ordered 5 pairs of these water shoes. The quality is amazing the bottom is durable, the stitching feels strong, they are comfortable, slip resistant, fit true to size and look awesome! We ordered the paisley, the blue geo, galaxy, lightning (lightning was sent back as we received the wrong size) and sharks. Only reason they are getting a 4 star instead of 5 is because I would much rather have the cushion inside sewn in instead of it being like an insert but that is what I find to be most common with these type of shoes. ... show more

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about the quality of and comfort of these shoes because of the cheap price. However, I really do like them. They stay on my feet, are comfortably and non-binding, which is saying something because my feet have been pounded over the years. Okay, a couple things, these would be fantastic for walking on hot sand, hot concrete if you’re poolside, but absolutely not good for rocky areas like rivers or lakes. I took these on a four hour river float with quite a bit of walking on rocks. The traction was awesome but they do not provide much cushion or protection on the bottom of the feet. However we ran out of sunscreen halfway through and as u can see in the picture they are 100% uv safe 🤣 they kept my feet from being burned unlike the rest of my legs. They slip on nice, they were a little big on me after being submerged in water for a while, they expanded a bit which was odd. ... show more

These shoes were fantastic for kayaking and beach exploring. They stayed securely on my feet, even when I was pulling them out of several inches of loose, wet sand. I wore them comfortably for hours without any issues. They have a barefoot-shoe feel with a thin sole, so you can still feel the terrain beneath you, but they provide enough protection to keep your feet safe. I was able to hike through sandy areas with low vegetation without worrying about sticks or other debris poking my feet. One of my favorite features is how easy they are to clean. When I got home, I was able to turn them completely inside out to rinse out all the sand. For less than $10, these shoes were an excellent purchase and exceeded my expectations. ... show more
