These remind me of the Vibram FiveFinger shoes with the toe pattern. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually came in a proper shoe box, instead of the usual plastic bag. The shoes are made from stretchy neoprene material with a thick sole, much thicker than most water shoes. Holes at the bottom along with a mesh insole drains water away quickly. The laces come with a quick adjust barrel connector, with loops on the tongue and back to help pull the shoe on, handy when they are wet. Traction-wise, they provide very good grip and are non-slip on wet surfaces. The insoles are rather thin, so I could feel any little rock or even pebble I am stepping on. Overall, I like this shoes for the styling and comfort. They are versatile as well, so they can be used on the beach or around the pool, or to spend a day at the water park. For such an inexpensive price, they are a bargain as well.

Uploaded a quick video and some photos of me breaking these in. I actually got them for an upcoming beach trip, but decided to test them out in the kiddie pool first! Ha! The grip on the rubber soles are great. There's was absolutely no slipping around on the wet plastic, which is exactly what I wanted. They feel super lightweight, almost like being barefoot, and the drawstring makes it easy to get a snug fit so they stay put. The mesh breathes really well and dries out pretty fast too. Love the colors too! Definitely happy with how they perform!

These might be the most comfortable water shoes I've ever worn, and I found them to be up to the task in every possible way. They are well made with a reinforced mesh type fabric that is very breathable and comfortable, and my feet never got sweaty the entire time I wore them. They have a flexible sole that is firm enough to give support walking across soft sand, while still being flexible enough to be comfortable walking over hard surfaces. The bottom of the sole is molded in a textured design that does not provide any grooves or cracks for sand or dirt to get stuck in or get tracked around. This improves traction while walking because the soles do not get clogged up with sand or dirt, so there is very little risk of slipping. I walked through ankle deep water and receding waves at the beach and had good footing the entire time with these water shoes. There are small holes in the soles that allow water that enters the shoe to drain from under the insoles. While walking on the beach, they provide protection against walking over seashells or any other sharp objects. I ended up wearing them several hours after leaving the beach and actually drove home in them rather than changing back into my regular shoes. I basically forgot that I had them on because they dried pretty quickly and are very comfortable. When I got home, I wanted to rinse them off in my utility sink to remove any salt or sand from the beach. This was very easy to do because the insoles are removable. After slipping out the insoles, I thoroughly rinsed the shoes both inside and out and then rinsed off the insoles and set everything aside to dry. After cleaning them, I snapped a photo of the shoes and insoles and have included it in the photos below. Sizing: I normally wear shoe size 10 1/2. These water shoes are size (12 Women/11 Men), and they fit me perfectly. There is an elastic drawstring where the shoestrings normally are, that can be tightened or loosened to adjust the fit. I couldn't find anything I didn't like about these shoes. If you are someone who enjoys white water rafting or kayaking or just like to spend time at the beach, these water shoes will not disappoint. I can also imagine using them while doing some household tasks like pressure washing, so as to avoid getting a regular pair of shoes wet. I liked these shoes so much that I ordered a pair for my wife before writing this review. Easily rated 5 stars.
