Appears to be a very sturdy stand for our Royal Berkey. I was even able to place a rather tall 28oz water bottle under it to fill. Make sure you consider how tall it will make your Berkey. This might seem obvious, but something to consider. I now have to use a small step stool to fill at the top but I like the convenience of the stand so much that it isn’t a bother at all. My only gripe with the stand is it came wrapped in a crazy amount of plastic wrap... and I’m not talking about shipping wrap. Like food storage wrap, and I can’t figure out why that was necessary. It had me saying, “what the actual F” out loud, but once I got it all off, I was pleased with how it looked and how easily it holds the Berkey.

In use and raised water purifier to good height to use spigot which it was not unless left hanging over the edge of a counter. Makes it more difficult for shorter people to refill unless it is on a table and not a standard counter, they could use a step ladder. Over all this is a win for our family.

I thought I already submitted a review on this, but no matter. Excellent product. I ordered the 8" version and glad I did. The 6" model would've worked, but prefer the height the 8" model gives. Very sturdy. No wobbles caused by "uneven" legs, etc.

I got this stand as my Berkey was either sitting on the edge of the counter or on top of an overturned pot. My Berkey doesn’t leak, but I’ve been known to accidentally leave the spigot open when it’s empty and then refill the upper container resulting in water all over the floor. So, this stand allows me to place it with the spigot over the edge of the sink, just in case. This also allows me to use the spray nozzle next to the sink to easily fill the top part. The stand feels very sturdy, however, it’s good to be aware that you may need to very gently splay the feet, so that it is as solid as possible. The rubber on the feet really helps keep this from scooting around.

Had to laugh at other's remarks/concerns on, quote "legs are not all the same length". I received mine, and yes, one of the 4 legs, did marginally teeter a little. However, when you put the Berkey on the unit, the "teeter" completely goes away, and the Berkey is 100% level and plumb - due to even weight distribution. That's the problem with these amazon reviews... there are so many idiot statements made, that it is difficult to rely on what "others say". I gave it 5-stars, as it looks good, it does the job, and it was CHEAP in cost.... what more do you want?
