This is a good shirt. Hubby wears a large, and the large in this shirt fit him just fine. The fabric is not thin, and it is very soft. The pockets have the plaid on the diagonal, which is a simplistic way of sewing pockets without matching the lines of the plaid. As a novice sewer, that is how I would do it, but I don't sew for a living, so one would expect more professional finishes in the pocket plaid placement. And the buttons are white, which is jarring; they are so obvious. Buttons are usually more subdued on men's plaid shirts, but not these. If I have time over the holidays, I will try to replace the buttons with ones that are more subdued. The sizing is good; the fit is good. I purchased multiple shirts from different vendors, and I can say that this particular shirt laundered well: washed normal cycle, cool water, dried on low (not lowest) temperature simply because Hubby's socks should not be dried on hot. Hubby does not iron his shirts, and these are okay not being ironed. A good shirt. If you like the wonky pockets and white buttons, you will like this shirt. ... show more

This is a very nice shirt! I would definitely buy another. Reviews said it comes a little small, so I bought a XXL instead of a XL for my husband, it fits great! And of coarse it doesn't shrink, since 50/50 polyester and cotton. My husband is 6' and 225 lbs. and the XXL fits perfectly!
