I did put it on. I’m 6’ and weigh 308. It’s snug, but not too tight. The zippers look very cheap and I can’t say anything about the so-called water proofing. It IS warm, does have a waist draw string. The cuffs are elastic and comfortable, keeping the air out. That’s about all I can say. It would be nice if Amazon waited, at least a month before asking for reviews. It’s a bit dishonest ... show more

This is a really nice warm parka. My only reason for not giving it a 5-star rating is that it does not have the kind of zipper that allows you to unzip just the bottom foot or so for sitting, especially driving, so the coat bunches up when sitting unless you unzip the entire zipper. I produce a lot of heat, and this coat will only be worn on very cold days, 32 degrees or less, I'd say. But that might just be me. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is very good. I would recommend it. (I still might take it to my dry cleaner. They do zipper repairs and might be able to put one of those zipper pulls that allows just the bottom to unzip.) ... show more

Bought two for my big guy (tall, not chubby), We kept the second one as it was like it was made for him! Warm, lightweight and very comfortable. Hood zips off. If we had one criticism it's that the zipper isn't as sturdy as it could be and doesn't unzip from the bottom for driving. But it's a great coat for the money! ... show more
