First thing to know is that I had cataract surgery for both eyes, but when the doctor asked, do I want lenses for long distance or short distance I said somewhere in the middle so I could watch TV and drive but now I cannot read normal size print I should Did some googling on different lenses before the surgery so if you thinking about doing the cataract surgery, check your options before you go to surgery. The glasses have a bluish tint in sunlight and they work well. I usually require 2.5 dpt, but I bought the threes thinking that it would be even easier to read in the evening when I turn the amount of light down in the room and the fact that they blocked blue light should help in getting to sleep

they work well for Blocking the Blue off the PC I guess, the focal quality seems good, but I see a blue haze when looking at everything else or outside, it's like trying to look through a light blue haze, if the light comes from behind me I see it even more, don't know if this is normal as I never had blue blocking readers before, but I am going back to non-blocking Glasses so I can see clearer, plus I don't like the Yellow color that it makes thing look like, I prefer White-White, not yellow-white. on the good side I do like the frames and the flexible arm hinges, that is a nice feature, and they are tight on my head and do not feel like they will fall off. they seem durable enough, just disappointed in the Haze ... show more
